Our home has 3 private bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen) as well as a loft that includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa. One king room located on the main floor. We are located in a quiet but centrally located neighborhood, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This home has been recently updated with new flooring and furnishings. The natural light will be an instant mood booster.

Please DO NOT park on the street, our HOA has very strict rules against this. We have a garage and a designated parking spot in our shared driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors and make sure you are on our side of the driveway only. Guest parking requires a parking pass, because of this we have a 2 CAR MAXIMUM. If you choose to park in a guest spot, you are doing so at your own risk and may be towed by the HOA, carpooling is highly encouraged.

No parties or additional guests allowed! We are located in a small quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors while staying at our home. NO PARKING ON THE STREET per our HOA. There is a garage that will fit a small to mid sized vehicle and room for one car in the driveway. We do share a driveway with our neighbor, please be respectful of their side of the driveway.
