¡Excelente ubicación! Este dúplex de lujo está en impresionante casa contemporánea, ubicado en la preciosa Cow Hollow. Las características incluyen chef de cocina, terraza cubierta de techo a pleno sol en la ciudad y el Golden Gate Bridge y vistas múltiples terrazas al aire libre. salón tipo loft espacioso con chimenea, piano de media cola, y TV de pantalla plana grande se abre a la zona de comedor y cocina del chef en la planta principal. También hay un baño completo con ducha y lavadero en la planta principal. dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un segundo dormitorio doble se encuentra encima de la escalera; cada habitación con sus propias cubiertas al aire libre privado. calefacción por suelo radiante en toda la casa. A pocos pasos de los restaurantes y tiendas de la castaña y la calle Unión, así como Marina Green y Fort Mason.

Beautiful contemporary home in fantastic area

Bella is a fantastic host with a wonderful and high quality home. Everything was perfect and we felt very welcome and taken care of. What we found even exceeded our expectations and I can only recommend this beautiful home to everyone. I would love to come back.

Great Accommodations!

The home was a wonderful place to stay while in San Francisco! Not far from the bus lines, just blocks from a Safeway and the Bay! The roof top deck was a lovely place to unwind after a day of touring SF! The baby grand piano was a real plus for those that play piano. It was great to come back after a long day, unwind and listen to my son play piano. Simply a great retreat to spend time with the family!

Amazing location, impeccable property and views from the top

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property during a week in San Francisco over our summer holiday. We arrived with high hopes and are expectations were exceeded. From the onsite property keeper, Olga to the well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms we had everything we needed. There are decks to enjoy on every level of the home, even the roof. The home provides ample space and the rainfall showers are to die for. We are a family of four and we fit comfortably in the two bedrooms, with the owner providing a great air mattress to accommodate both are teenagers having their own bed. We spent as much time as we could outside on the rooftop deck with a beautiful view. You can even glimpse the Golden Gate bridge. Everything you could need is in walking distance, and once we got our bearings we were able to walk to Lombard Street, the wharf, dinner, you name it. We loved the quaint restaurants and shops throughout Cow Hollow and the dinner recommendations of the owner were fabulous. We all enjoyed our visit immensely and we would definitely stay again if we return to San Francisco.

Great house in a wonderful location

My wife and daughter and my daughter's friend (teenagers) had a great time at this beautiful property in Cow Hollow. The house is immaculate with all high-end touches, and Olga the housekeeper is available should any issues arise. Bella was a very good and quick communicator... she answered any questions we had on a very timely basis. And, the location was only 1.5 blocks to Union Street.... great for shopping, coffee and restaurants. Perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks!

Grossartig! Perfect Location!!

Perfect Location. Haus ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten. Kueche hat alles zu bieten, was man sich denken kann. Schoene Bäder. Ideal für max. 4 Personen. Haushälterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in walking distance, ebenso Golden Gate Park, Lombard Street und Fishermans Wharf. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Upscale accommodations--all recently renovated

Three of us stayed in this outstanding accommodation in Cow Hollow--an excellent location. Note the 30X rush-hour express MUNI is just 1-1/2 blocks down the hill to take you to/from the financial district and downtown market locations. Download the app. Everything in this residence is upscale. Examples: true espresso machine; in-wall propane-fueled fireplace; baby grand piano; wifi; new clothes washer & dryer . . . A bit chilly in November, but the outdoor patios and roof decks were most inviting, particularly at sunset with Champagne (full supply of wine glasses in kitchen cabinets) while watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking appeared to be problematic at first: not so!. The caretaker explained convenient methods to acquire free parking rather easily. Shopping--including the nearby large Safeway--and fine restaurants were close by. Only caution: Owners have a dog; not in residence. However, if you are allergy-prone, open all windows in advance. We would love to return; our November stay was too brief. We recommend this home highly. BTW, our deposit was returned very promptly. Our best wishes to Bella.

Beautiful home in the best location

When our original apartment canceled on us with only 2 days left until our trip we were in a panic. We had difficulty getting in touch with any property owners and thought we might have to cancel... but then, Bella to the rescue. She was able to book our 8 day stay same day, even calling me from her international vacation to see if I had any questions. In a few hours we arrived to an impeccably clean home. Olga, the housekeeper, showed us all of the home's amenities including luxury walk in showers, rooftop deck with firepit, and a cluntertop espresso maker. She even provided baby gates to protect our on the go 12 month old from the stairs. We also have to mention the great location- close restaurants and shopping as well as San Francisco sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella's home and highly recommend it!

Great property in great location to get around

Stayed in this beautiful location with my family (wife and 3 kids - 7, 9 and 18). Location is really convenient for walking around to good food and good tourist locations. The property itself is really nice and we enjoyed going up on the roof in the evenings and sitting around the fire. I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a visit to San Francisco.

High-End Everything!

We loved our stay in Bella's home. It felt like we were living in an art gallery. I am a neat freak and everything was so incredibly clean. Everything we used during our stay was high-end... from all linens, closet designs, beds, kitchen appliances, dish ware... All furniture looked and felt brand new, all carefully chosen to perfectly fit the space. Beautiful, spa-like bathrooms! Loved all of the windows and multiple terraces. We are a family of four from Chicago with 2 teenagers. We had a blast on the private rooftop with the fire pit going to enjoy San Francisco's fireworks without fighting the crowds! (we know what that's like living in Chicago) Olga the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful, making our check-in/check-out a breeze. This property sits right in the middle of a high-end, quiet neighborhood. We loved living like locals. After exploring SF each day, we enjoyed walking to the different markets along Union Street (only 2 blocks away!) and buying items we needed to cook in the state-of-the-art kitchen. We had a lot of fun cooking together. Union Street is all hip boutiques, wine bars, interesting coffee shops, great brunch places too. We bought fresh, hand-made pasta of the day from the tiny family run Italian place on Union. (Italian Homemade Company) And there's a fantastic, tiny Mexican carryout kitchen called La Canasta. The nicest people own it and you watch them cook everything from scratch. So cheap, but the best food! We've rented a number of properties over the years through VRBO & Airbnb. This absolutely tops our list. If you want to live like a local in one of the best neighborhoods, but still near enough to easily explore SF, this was perfect! The listing was completely accurate. One of our favorite touristy things we did was walk a couple blocks to rent bikes. From that point, we rode to the water & over the Golden Gate Bridge, then to the adorable European-like village called Sausalito for lunch and shopping. No car needed! The only regret we have is that we should have stayed all month!!!

Very Nice

The owner was very accommodating. The pictures of this home do not do justice to its beauty. The house is stunning and immaculate from top to bottom. Wish we would have stayed longer to cook in the chefs kitchen. Perfect location to catch tourist areas yet secluded for privacy. Safeway was blocks away to pick up what you need. Great stay

Impressive home with fabulous location

My husband, my daughter and I were in SF for his birthday celebration and Mothers Day. We spent 3 days with friends and relatives who live in the Marina/Cow Hollow area. The restaurants were within walking distance... All very good! The cute shops of Union St and Chestnut are right out the door. And, of course, walking along the Marina with the Golden Gate Bridge directly in front of you...just PERFECT! The home itself is contemporary. Decorated with color and very fine taste. All you need to cook, entertain, or just plain relax is right there! The housekeeper, Olga, was thorough in greeting us and showing us around. The owners are quite gracious and are readily available to answer any/all questions or concerns. Highly recommend this beautiful property❣

A wonderful home, very well maintained and in a perfect location in San Francisco.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days--We loved every day. To begin with, the house is spotless and the list keeps going. Great big bath sheets/towels, tons of kitchen goodies (pots, pans, beautiful china etc) to cook meals (we didn't cook but could have), very comfortable king size master bed, open & airy rooms and windows to catch those bay breezes. The deck on top with the fire pit provides a nice place to relax and enjoy a rooftop view. Located close to Union Street with all the restaurants and shops you might need. It is not cheap BUT it a a top quality well cared for home that is very comfortable. Finally, the owner lets you know she is an email/call away if any problem arises....good for peace of mind. We will be be back !!

Terrific find

The process was easy, the owners were very attentive/easy to contact and work with. We loved the place--it was better than our high expectations. San Francisco did what it does and showed off for our group--but the place we stayed kept pace as well.

Luxury in San Fran

We stayed at Laguna Street for 7 weeks when we first arrived in San Francisco. The house is amazing and the open plan living downstairs allowed our family and friends to enjoy plenty of quality time together. All the fittings, furniture, appliances etc are top quality and the owners have taken a great deal of pride in presenting a beautiful home to share with guests. The private roof top deck provided a fantastic space to enjoy views of San Francisco and we spent plenty of time up there, sometimes just watching the fog roll in while sitting around the gas fire. The location is walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants of Union, Chestnut and Fillmore St as well as the waterfont, parks and local supermarkets. Brilliant place to explore everything that San Fran has to offer. The owners were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and made every effort to ensure that our stay went smoothly. We would highly recommend a stay at Laguna Street and will be referring friends & colleagues who wish to visit San Fran.

Outstanding

Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Cow Hollow home. The house itself was in impeccable shape with furnishings and fixtures of very high quality. Our host, Bella, was very helpful and accommodating. We had asked for an extra bed to be set up for one of our teenage kids and were pleasantly surprised to find a very comfortable inflatable bed with high end linens set up in it's own nook by the bow window with a privacy screen. Our daughter loved it! The neighborhood had many good restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance and was central to everything. We used all of the multiple decks and especially enjoyed the rooftop sitting area and gas fire pit. We would definitely stay at this home again and have already recommended it to a number of friends planning on visiting San Francisco.
