LIVING AREAS

There are multiple areas for living and loving life in this villa, especially outside. The main villa has a huge interior open plan living and dining area with lofty ceilings, ocean views and access to five of the home’s bedrooms. This part of the villa also features a mezzanine TV lounge that can sleep extra guests on single sofa beds, if necessary.
The pool terrace is fabulous with a lap pool as well as plunge pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by sun beds, ideal for lazy afternoons cocktail in hand. Adjacent to the main villa is a large ocean-view bar patio overlooking the table tennis area and an extensive lawn. Here you can sample cocktails at sunset or enjoy light snacks while looking out for whales jumping on the horizon.The outside living areas don’t stop there. Crossing a quiet paved road, you access another part of the estate where two additional casitas can be found hidden among tropical gardens. The jewel in the crown here is the amazing ocean-view fire pit lounge, a perfect setting for tequila tasting experiences or socializing with your group. As you descend the garden path, you reach the estate’s gateway to a white sandy beach with swimmable ocean, complete with private decking and a lawn, right next door to the Kupuri beach club.

The main villa houses five of the suites, situated on a slight hill providing spectacular views while two guest casitas sit amongst lush tropical gardens away from the main home on the plot leading to the beachfront.

The tropical gardens and beachfront decking are right next door to the Kupuri Beach Club with beach access. Construction currently taking place nearby pauses during the holidays and resumes in January 2025. The main home is set back in a quiet private area of this enormous property that spans 3 extensive plots. It takes about 4 minutes to walk from main home to the beachfront. You need to cross a quiet road that is not frequently transited to reach the lower section and gardens of this estate where the two casitas are located.A mezzanine-lounge with full bathroom can provide additional sleeping arrangements for 4 guests on single sofa beds upon request. Children’s bunk bedroom does not have a TV. Please note that Club Punta Mita Premier Membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.  In addition to Punta Mita’s beach clubs, including the Kupuri Beach Club nearby, Kupuri villas like this one can access a private area of beach which has a cabana and lounge chairs for the exclusive use of Kupuri owners and guests.
