Couples Golf Get Away

We enjoyed the Marriott Shadow Enclaves.

This hotel room was a nice size, tastefully decorated, clean and close to a pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Thank you Marriott for the hospitality and welcome on your hotel.

room was very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We were visiting friends in town

Given the current COVID restrictions we were not able to enjoy the on site restaurants, however front desk was able to provide us with local restaurants. The stay was quiet, the room was super clean, fits two people comfortably. Loved the large tub, if you like to take baths. Great location, easy to find.

The only drawback was that the TV was stationary on the wall so it could not be pulled out and turned towards the bed, only viewed easily from the couch.

Girl’s trip

Loved the property, great amenities, daily free activities, very clean and staff was great! The room was wonderful… except the mattress… very sunken in and we ended up sleeping reverse (head where feet normally are) after 1st night. The property was so great other than that!!!

There is no restaurant on the property or within walking distance. The bar/concession area’s around the pools were closed after 5:00. So when you went golfing in the afternoon there was no place to eat or drink after the round!

We had been there before and thought our unit would be the same size. This one was smaller and without stove. But we did enjoy our stay and must tell you the friendliness of every employee is a wonderful asset.

Did not what I promised

Was promised a villa with patio, kitchenette, first floor and golf view , all what I got were the last two. First Kitchenette had no stove( luckily my brother, who was having a villa next to me , had stove otherwise my food would be spoiled), second the patio was not there just a window! Very disappointed, will never book through third party again!

We are sorry to hear of your experience however we explained to you several times you booked a studio and not a 1 Bd and our staff can only book what you submit. It is very clear in our ad what all is included in the unit and we send you a confirmation letter with the description of the unit and everything it has in it along with pictures on our site. You even said you looked at multiple of our units as we advertise a two bedroom , one bedroom , and a studio unit and you even said you looked at multiple of our units and that is what you booked. Please take A little personal responsibility for what you booked because you were trying to get a lower price and are upset you didn’t read our ad or the confirmation letter we sent to you. People like you try to scam us all the time and pretend they didn’t realize the lower-priced unit was a different unit. You would’ve gotten the same room booking directly with Mariott. We even told you we could’ve booked you the one bedroom side and you could of made it a two bedroom and you chose not to do that. We have had hundreds of people book that room and not be confused so I am surprise for your review and to give it a once star review at one of the best properties in Palm Springs. Every Family we have had to stay there along with ourselves staying there know that the resort is magnificent. We did our best to accommodate you and help you but berating our staff because you booked the wrong room and leaving this review is ridiculous especially since we offered you a discount nonetheless on a future stay.

Great family getaway and super convenient

We went for a quick mid-week stay and everything went super-smoothly and we really enjoyed the place. Everything exceeded expectations and the property managers made it very easy to enjoy the entire development. Would definitely stay there again.
