Amplio, bien amueblado condominio de 2 dormitorios a pocos pasos de la playa. Este pequeño edificio de la comunidad junto a la playa ofrece un ambiente tranquilo para aquellos que buscan alejarse con piscina y playa zonas de relajación. Nuestra unidad está en el segundo piso con una vista del puerto intercostal. Situado en el centro entre Clearwater, Key Arena y playas Indian Rocks, este condominio ofrece muchos servicios fuera de casa.

Nice condo

Condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. The view outside was very nice considering it doesn’t face gulf. It was very convenient to go to beach however the beach is not groomed at all. The other down side is the pool is not heated and that means cold. We had beautiful 80 degree days but the temperature of water was 72, way to cold for us.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Beautiful beach, great place to ride your bike. Neighbors were wonderful. Would stay again!

Just steps to the Beach - Really!

This property was wonderful to stay in. We were on the beach every day that weather allowed. The condo is very well stocked with everything needed to cook, cable TV, wonderful beds and bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels and all supplies for the laundry. Only drawback is being right on Gulf Boulevard and having some traffic noise. We were close to Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores, etc. but the Gulf beach was literally out our back door. Miles of sandy beach for walking and sunsets that take your breath away. Owner was available and responsive, and the neighbors are friendly. Would rent again if we were coming back this way.

Beach Condo

Very clean and fully stocked condo that is tastefully decorated. Owners are great people. Only disappointment was the pool not being heated. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 virus hit our country and we felt it was prudent to leave the beautiful FL beach weather and go back home early. I would recommend this condo 100%.

Great place to relax!!!!

Unit was very clean with all of the amenities that one could ask for and then some. Everything from kitchen and bath supplies to ocean chairs, umbrellas and toys were supplied. I would strongly recommend this unit.

Great condo! Great location!

This our third year staying at this condo and we can't say enough good things about it. It is located on the Gulf in Belleair Beach. The beach is never crowded even at the height of season. The condo is clean and the kitchen well-stocked. They have Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the closet on the balcony. Fernando and his son Ivan are great to deal with and reply very quickly. Highly recommended!

This lovely condo has everything you need to have a wonderful time at the beach. It is located on a quiet, beautiful beach close to great restaurants, attractions and services. The condo is comfortable and well equipped. We truly enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises from our balcony and the stunning sunsets from the beach.

The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Bellair Beach is a quiet, low key area, with a beautiful beach, and just a couple miles from Clearwater Beach. We had a wonderful time and are returning next year. We recommend it highly!

Great location for fun in the sun

What a great condo with everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. The location is fantastic! You are so close to all the great sites, touristy stuff, restaurants, etc. The best part is the beach is very quite and private compared to Clearwater Beach. We also keep coming back because of the wonderful owners and residents of this nice complex.

An Unforgettable Experience

Our family spent the month of June at this condo. It was an unforgettable experience. Foremost, the location was ideally situated - on the beach and with a view of the bay across the street. The home was superbly clean and well-appointed. The owners included all the must-haves and desires. From providing beach umbrellas to coolers, they consider your every need. The remodeled kitchen meets every cook's needs and boasts easy access from the dining area with pass-through service. As summer approaches, we fondly remember our lovely time at this condo. You will cherish many memories from this lovely beach-side condo!

An excellent stay on the beach

We truly enjoyed 2 months on the beach in this very nice, neat and clean condo. The beach is gorgeous with tons of seashells! The pool is recently renovated with all new, comfortable furnishings. Tons to do within a few miles. We love this place.

We have stayed at this condo for 2 months and have enjoyed our home away from tremenously.Upon arrival,we found the condo extremely clean and fully equipped.The owners were only a phone call away.The beaches are very private & the pool is just beautiful.A great area with many restaurants nearby.We are definitely returning.

A clean and comfortable condo at a beautiful, nearly private beach.

This was a perfect place to live on the beach. The condo was well equipped and the owners were easy to contact. Everyone at the condo complex was very nice. Belleair Beach is very beautiful and quiet. You need to take a short drive to the excellent restaurants, shopping and tourist activities. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

Beautiful Condo on an Amazing Beach

My family and I loved staying here and felt right at home. The condo was spacious and clean for our family of 4 and the beds were very comfortable. They have everything you need to make dinners at the condo, however, there are a lot of great restaurants nearby too. The pool was lovely and never crowded. You are literally steps away from the private gorgeous beach. Seeing the dolphin and manatee right out in front of us was a highlight for the whole family. This is a great location for a quiet beach getaway with the option of hitting nearby Clearwater Beach if you so desired.
