NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera in the front and back yard as well as outside of the garage area.



No smoking indoors; ashtrays provided for patio use.



No parties or events without prior approval.



Pets welcome with approval ($50 fee per pet, max 2).



Minimum stay: 4 nights during Balloon Fiesta.
