A quiet, relaxing area perfect for reading, listening to music, or surfing the web. The sofa also converts into a double bed if extra sleeping space is required.

Spacious open-plan living area with a 55" 4K Smart TV and DVD player. Furnished with two double reclining sofas and a large single recliner. A cozy electric fireplace provides warmth for cooler winter evenings. Patio doors open directly onto the lanai and pool area.

This room also includes a crib.

Bedroom 2 – “Bahama Breeze” (2nd Floor)
Second King Master Suite with ensuite bathroom. Includes flat-screen TV with cable and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 – “Coral Cove” (2nd Floor)
Underwater-themed children’s room with two twin bunk beds. Has a separate adjoining bathroom. Includes TV/DVD with cable and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 – “Rainforest Retreat” (1st Floor)
Currently features a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. Includes TV/DVD with cable. (As of 11/2025, this room will likely be updated with a bunk bed featuring a twin on top and a full bed on the bottom.)

All bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided.
