La villa de 2 pisos se encuentra a solo 12 minutos en coche de Disney, a 20 minutos del centro de Disney. El complejo comercial Champions Gate está a solo unos minutos de la Villa para todo lo esencial con un supermercado Publix, una estación de servicio, McDonalds y un restaurante Chili’s.

La villa tiene 5 dormitorios y 4 baños, está totalmente climatizado, amueblado y equipado al más alto nivel. Las cinco habitaciones incluyen dos habitaciones dobles, una Kings y dos reinas. Hay un baloney que se extiende por toda la casa en el segundo piso y ofrece hermosas vistas de la reserva natural detrás de la casa.

Beautiful villa, nice layout for more than one family. Nothing was too much trouble when we had questions for the owner Holly. We would happily go back and stay in this villa. We have been visiting Florida for 30 years, staying in different villas each time and this is in our top 5 best villas, including 1 or 2 that were brand new.

Lovely home

My family of 7 kids, husband and myself stayed at the house when visiting Florida. It was perfect. I loved the fact the house had a high chair and pack n play. Made it very kid friendly. We have only used VRBO for cabins and such and this was the first house we have done on VRBO and it was absolutely wonderful. We were in Florida to visiit Disney. and jf we ever go back, we will rent this specific house again. Pool was clean and nice.

Great holiday in the sun

We rented the house to escape to the sun for March Break. We were with our two teenage kids and my parents (in their 70s). The house was exactly what we had hoped. There was plenty of space, the backyard and pool/spa was great and the games room was lots of fun. The owners were also very responsive. We noticed on the first day that the fridge ice maker didn't work and they had a handyman come quickly to repair. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again.

The house was pleasant and warm

Overall stay was great. Some minor issues that fixed themselves. Holly was very responsive and contacted site management promptly when needed.

Great house

House needs a little upgrading. The dining room/ eating table is on top of carpet, which made us nervous to eat on. Didn’t want to drop anything on carpet. Besides that, everything else was great!! The house is huge, with lots of space for large families or groups.

Best Vacation

We just got back last night from a week in Disney. This rental was perfect. Everyone had their own space and it was peaceful. We enjoyed the pool daily, and close to a ton of good restaurants. I recommend this rental and will stay again in the future.

Excellent Stay

Our entire party enjoyed our stay here, the house was in a nice quiet area with a nice view. Everything was clean and it fit everyone's needs and wants. We would definitely stay here again. Holly was super helpful, friendly, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Tech upgrade

House needs an upgrade of TV’s. They are too small and need to be upgraded to smart technology. Bathrooms need a thorough cleaning to include the grout lines in the showers. Location is a plus and the neighborhood is very nice.

A perfect stay !!!

Our stay as a three generational family at the villa was wonderful. There were so many things to love about the area and the villa - a well maintained development shaded by mature trees, a villa that in real life is even bigger than the photos suggested, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen cupboards, a great pool area, efficient air conditioning ...... the list is endless !!! We particularly appreciated the information about check in, rubbish and recycling collections, nearby shops, etc that we received BEFORE we arrived - it helped to make our arrival and stay very relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to our family and friends as we truly found staying here a fantastic experience !!!

Thanksgiving at Disney

Well kept property that was close to Disney. Had one minor issue with clogged tub drain but it was fixed expeditiously. Kids loved the pool and kitchen was well stocked with household items.

Nice-ish, but not again

Home was nice, but a bit dated. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and old. We could never get the cable TV to work. All the TVs were very old and have started to have bad colors. Not all negatives though. The pool was clean and fun although quite small. The rooms were nice and big. Master bath was a great size, but the drain to the shower was clogged. We had a good time, but would not book this property ever again.

Okay

It was just okay. Nice owner, smooth process, good location, comfortable beds. I'd say the house just needs a deep cleaning and some updating as the carpets were very worn. It was evident that the house is heavily used with renters. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the house met our needs for the time we were there.

Orlando Family Holiday

Holly (the host) was amazing throughout, always got back in touch straight away! The villa was spotless and such a lovely place 2 call home for the 2 weeks we was there. Location was ideal, approx 20-25 mins 2 disney and approx 35-40 from universal (traffic permitting!) Coupd not fault this stay at all, Holly even had flowers and champagne delivered to our door following a surprise engagement! Wpuod definitely recommend the host and property to others. :-) thanks again for the memories!!

We’re a family-loving couple from the UK who fell head over flip-flops for Florida back in 2012. In our second year of marriage, we bravely (some might say boldly) took on a big family holiday to the Sunshine State and we were instantly hooked. Between the sunshine, the smiles, and the service, we knew Florida was our kind of place.

After watching way too many episodes of A Place in the Sun (yes, we were hooked on that too!), we found ourselves at a property roadshow in the UK, met the wonderful team at Homes of America, and just six months later… we were on a plane to find our dream Florida home!
We saw lots of lovely places, but when we walked through the door of this villa, we just knew. It made us smile then, and it still does every time we visit.

We love hosting because it means we get to share this special place with other families who want to make magical memories—just like we did. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
