I’m thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the kitchen, the jetted tubs, and the convenience of the indoor parking—it definitely makes those snowy mornings much easier to manage. I also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the furniture. While we aim to provide a high-quality experience, comfort is subjective, and I’m sorry the couches and the main bed didn’t quite hit the mark for you. Here is how we are addressing your comments: • The Main Bed: We intentionally chose a firmer, high-quality mattress to ensure long-term support, but we understand that "firm" isn't everyone's "perfect." We are looking into adding a plush mattress topper to provide a more customizable sleep experience for future guests. • Living Room Comfort: We are currently evaluating the seating area to see if additional cushions or a furniture refresh can better serve our guests after a long day on the slopes. Our goal is always to provide a 10/10 stay, and your insights help us get there. We would love the chance to host your family again next season! Warmly, Sam
