Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets with striking mountain views from the side deck and loft area just off the primary bedroom. Nature and wildlife abound. Encounters with deer, rabbits, foxes and bears are possible. Enjoy a drink on the side deck or light up the night with the gas fireplace to make wonderful memories. Explore mountains, streams, hiking trails, state parks and more. Hike in the nearby Pikes Peak Forest or around North Catamount Reservoir. I moved to the mountains of Colorado about 4 years ago and absolutely love it up here. Things move a bit slower, you have to be a little more self-reliant, and it can get cold! But the feelings I get living in the mountains are incredible.

I really wanted to live in the town of Silverthorne near the ski resorts but a similar home up there would be millions. This was the coolest little town I could find close enough to drive up to Breckenridge without having to drive on I-70.

It is a brand new home with incredible views and lots of light during the day from all the large windows. The home is very modern and spacious, includes some nice luxury perks that you will enjoy during your stay.
