Monument offers an abundance of trails, ranging from easy to challenging, including the popular Santa Fe Trail (the trailhead is just a 3-minute drive away), Mount Herman Trail, and Limbaugh Canyon Trail. The Big Bluestem Trail is another great option, featuring stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the Rocky Mountains on its 4.2-mile out-and-back route. Additionally, Monument Lake offers fishing, boating, and other water activities, while the Palmer Lake Reservoir Trail provides breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscape. With so many options, you're sure to find something to suit your interests and get out to enjoy the beautiful scenery!

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

A mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This is not a party house and is located in an HOA-Controlled neighborhood. By renting this house, you are agreeing to the following rules: No more than 4 cars are allowed at the property. These cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. No outside noise after 9pm. No parties of any kind. No smoking tobacco or marijuana on or around the premises. Due to HOA rules we have a 28 day minimum stay requirement.
