Nice amenities by the lake and fireplaces etc. The stairs and access to the beach is a bit challenging for the elderly. Overall it was a place that made our reunion weekend a fun and special time. The hotel rooms were clean and decorated very nice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next year !

It felt like a cabin up north which was great! Eco friendly also. However, BRING your own pillow, cause smelling old sweat from many heads was kinda gross, and bring a blanket! All it was was sheets and the comforter, and you only take the bed sheets off!! Other than that it was great like I said! Cabin feel.I’d stay again, just with what I mentioned to bring!

Wife's First Snowmobiling Trip

Reviewer Comments: Clean, warm, great log cabin décor, perfect trail access location, yet still a quiet place in the woods.Parking was tight with all the other guests also having full sized enclosed trailer rigs but we made it work and space for all.Being winter could have use a little heaver blankets, but other reviews had mentioned this so brought a couple of our own, beds very comfy.Only down was the TV remote batts were about dead, left note for cleaning staff and am sure it will be addressed before next guest arrives, being the only complaint, very 1st world problem ish.Will be back next season.

A quick family getaway

Motel room was clean and cozy. Check in was easy. We loved the location and layout of the property. We would definitely book here again. A beautiful hidden gem.

Great stay

Besides some miscommunication about logistics around accessing our room upon arrival and some inconsistencies with the printed info materials in the room (WiFi info), we had a fantastic time. Some of the other guests in nearby rooms were smoking around our unit so we were unable to leave our windows open at night, which was a bummer. The beds were also not the comfiest. But! The lake was awesome. The beach and docks were perfect for a family with kids. There are a few restaurants near by. It was a lovely, quiet spot on a great little lake with a beautiful night sky. Just 15 minutes away from town with downtown shopping, restaurants, groceries, and a Walmart. We’d like to look into their larger cabins for next time.

No on-site management needed with well written instructions in your unit. The interior knotty pine with large pole beams was impressive. Better yet: the Spring pricing!

We knew it was a contactless check in but didn’t expect to have to strip the linens and bag towels. Not a big deal but really isn’t a Vrbo but a motel. Could use additional blankets, one thin one provided with no bedspread. In the winter I’d probably stay somewhere else that has a lodge to hang out in the evening.
