Welcome to Haus22 – your spacious coastal retreat just minutes from Okaloosa Island’s sugar-white beaches! This home features 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a pull-out couch, offering flexible space for families and groups.

Start your mornings with coffee on the patio, spend the day exploring Fort Walton Beach and Destin, then return to a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and a private backyard perfect for winding down. Beach gear is included to make your trip stress-free.

Haus22 is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom home with a bonus room that includes a pull-out couch, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The home comfortably sleeps 6, with the option for up to 8 guests (please note: additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 6).

Inside, you’ll find:
• 3 Bedrooms - cozy and stylishly furnished with comfortable bedding.
• Bonus Room - with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space.
• 2 Bathrooms - clean and stocked with essentials.

To make your stay easy, we provide beach gear, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, and free parking.

Haus22 combines the comfort of a full home with the perfect location - just minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, Destin, downtown Fort Walton Beach, and all the Gulf Coast has to offer.

While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

1. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp
• Early check-in/late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:
Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

2. Guest Count
• Haus22 comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
• The bonus room includes a pull-out couch for up to 2 additional guests (maximum occupancy 8).
• Please notify us in advance if you plan to have more than 6 guests — an additional guest fee applies.

3. No Parties or Events
• This is a family-friendly home. No parties, loud gatherings, or events are permitted.

4. Quiet Hours
• Please respect neighbors — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. No Smoking
• Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).

6. Pets
• Pets are not allowed

7. Respect the Space
• Treat Haus22 like it’s your own home.
• No moving furniture without permission.
• Please rinse off all beach gear before putting it back in its place. (Small beach toys should be returned inside the unit.
Larger items like boogie boards and beach chairs belong in the outdoor storage bins.)

8. Trash and Recycling
• Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins.
• If your stay covers pickup day, please roll bins to the curb the night before.

9. Safety
• Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• No unattended candles or open flames.

10. Check-out
• Run the dishwasher before departure.
• Place used towels in the laundry basket.
• Remove trash and hit the “Checkout” button in your guest portal.
