Head outside to the garden/backyard for fresh air and conversation on the outdoor seating. Practical perks include a washer and dryer, dedicated parking for 2 vehicles, and a Tesla Universal EV charger in the garage. The home is powered by solar with battery backup for added peace of mind.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight parking on the street. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Community Amenities: Access to Sea Ranch communal swimming pools and tennis is included via a guest pass. A pass is required; locations, hours, and availability may vary.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
