Loved the stay! Hopefully we will be back. The parking garage near the location was perfect for our 2 vehicles that came up to WP and the close accessibility to the coffee shop and market was perfect.

Great condo in an ideal location for folks looking to enjoy what Winter Park has to offer. Ideally located next to a grocery store and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Short bike ride away from great hiking and biking trails. Management was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

After we booked with VRBO and paid for our stay, the host asked for a picture of myself with my ID and credit card because according to them it was a "last minute booking", I did not comply for obvious reasons. I was not aware that now you also have to provide your cc information to the host, before we used to just book with VRBO and be done.The location of this property was very good and convenient; it is close to restaurants coffee shops and grocery stores.The house was not as clean as they are selling it, there was grime on the surfaces and the floors were not cleaned thoroughly, some kitchen utensils were dirty, so I had to wash whatever we were using first.There is no cable seems like the bill has not been paid in a while, but we could live with it.The internet connection was very glitchy, it was hard to get my work done.
