¿Qué tiene de especial nuestro condominio: somos los mejores?
1. En primer lugar, estás directamente en la playa con una vista frente al mar de la arena blanca y el agua verde esmeralda.
2. Estamos en el deseable sexto piso. Fácil acceso a la playa y un agradable paseo cuando los ascensores están demasiado ocupados.
3. Tenemos un parque acuático "en propiedad" que los niños adorarán. ...Sin cargo adicional...
4. Cada uno de los 3 dormitorios tiene su propio baño privado más su propio balcón con vistas al Golfo.
5. Nuestro condominio es el más limpio en la playa. Nuestra gente de limpieza limpia SOLAMENTE nuestra unidad.
6. El 3er dormitorio es un "cierre" para mayor privacidad. Es como un Efficiency apt. Tiene un refrigerador, un microondas y un plato caliente.
7. Está justo en el Golfo, frente al océano, y las vistas son espectaculares. Magnífica vista de la puesta de sol todas las noches!
8. Y las camas son cómodas.

Este es un condominio completo de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Frente a la playa - Unidad de la esquina oeste en el 6 ° piso. Vista sin obstáculos a Destin. Es una propiedad nueva, muy bien aislada y silenciosa. También es el condominio más limpio en la playa (¡nuestras señoras de la limpieza limpian SOLAMENTE nuestra unidad)!
Esté atento a los delfines, rayas y tiburones, así como a las familias de pelícanos volando a la altura de los ojos desde el balcón. Visite el nuevo centro de la ciudad de Pier Park con sus numerosos restaurantes y lindas tiendas, a 2 millas al este. A poca distancia al oeste tenemos varias ciudades costeras aclamadas a nivel arquitectónico y nacional como Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach y Water Colour. El centro de información de Panama City Beach está cerca, en la intersección de HWY 98 y 79. Millas de hermosa playa de arena blanca para caminar. The location was excellent, with plenty of room and well-separated bedrooms that gave everyone privacy. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was especially great for our kids!

Amazing Beach Front Condo w/ Pools and Splash pad

Such a lovely condo to take your family (adults and kids) to for an amazing time in Panama City Beach!Conveniently located on the end of PCB that is close to 30A and then also a short drive to the main dinning options of PCBGreat pool options...splash pad for young kids, 2 regular pools and a lazy river type pool!
These views NEVER get old!

Great weather rooms nice only thing i would change is get new mattress for 2nd master. There were blood stains on mattress thankfully there were mattress cover.

If you’re a regular guy like me paying thousands you expect a room that’s well maintained and sadly we were shocked to find many broken items . The fridge did not produce ice and you could not use the filtered water because the button was gone . It badly needs a paint job it’s scuffed up everywhere even the ceiling somehow and paint peeling. I understand the air conditioner produces condensation but the ducts clearly have black mold. Lastly we have an autistic daughter and neither of the sliding doors have locks they were broken completely off and we had a heck of a time keeping her safe . We purchased a mop because all the floors are tile and we left it there for future guests to have a way to clean the floor during their stay . Also just remembered none of the bedroom doors lock they can be jiggled right open me and the wife found that out the hard way . That’s the bad I understand no owner wants to hear criticism but for regular minimum wage people 1 vacation a year for thousands should give you a fully maintained beautiful remodeled room.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our fall break very much! The condo is spacious, has everything you need, and very clean! We so appreciated the beach toys & chairs provided in a closet. Huge bonus not having to buy them or travel with them. This was our first time at Splash resort. Everything is maintained well including the pools and splash pad however they were cold! The splash pad and lazy river was not heated at all and it was so cold even the kids didn’t play in it. The other pools were chilly but tolerable. We spent the majority of the time at the beach so it wasn’t a big deal for us. There is an on-site restaurant near the pool which was pretty good too. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break Vacation

We took our four grandchildren to the beach for fall break. Our stay was nice, and we enjoyed our time there. This is a nice unit and large. We had few issues with some of the TV's not working in a few of the rooms but didn't worry about it because we were there to enjoy family time. I gave it five stars as I believe it was, I would only suggest that the owner update the kitchen pots and pans and few of the small appliances.

Great Trip

Property was beautiful. Floor low enough to take stairs if elevators are busy. The Condo was clean and beautifully decorated, very spacious for our family.

Family getaway

Condo was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Great location. Awesome balcony views. Beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows. Closet full of beach essentials was amazing!! The pack-n-play came in so handy and saved us from having to pack one. Even with 6 adults and 3 children there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together!! We try to make it Panama City Beach every few years and would rent 601W again in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break week at this condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. There was a good supply of cookware (and even a crockpot). Fast Wi-Fi, loved having a washer/dryer. It was in a great location and easy access to everything we needed. The whole resort was very clean...hallways, bathrooms, pool area. Unfortunately our week didn't have the best weather, it was extremely windy and the beach was double red flags. The pools were heated (but I would have preferred even warmer than they were). The kids splash area was not heated. But that whole area in general was fun and neat! I would definitely stay here again and rent this unit!

We had a great stay at Splash! There was plenty to do on property! Extra convenient that it was attached to an Alvin’s island! The room was clean, check in was super easy, and we made lots of memories that week!

Wonderful stay - thank you!!

So many things we loved about the property: the views! Loved the ocean from all bedrooms and all windows in the main living area. The cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, beach toys in closet were so helpful. The location of the condo is at the west end and therefore the beach is not as crowded as the resorts in the middle of PCB. The owner was extremely easy to get ahold of if needed. We love coming to PCB in September, less crowds everywhere- it didn’t take us longer than 20ish min to get anywhere. As a reminder for most anywhere you stay - bring extra toiletries and paper goods. The owners did provide plenty to get started with though. We always do a Walmart grocery pickup for the evening we arrive and it works perfectly. Parking was close, check in and out was easy. Elevators around checkout time on Saturday was busier as expected, but otherwise no issues with it being off-season. Splash resort was so fun for our 7 year old girl and twin 4 year old boys. They loved the lazy River, pools, covered splash area with slides, and of course the beach! The weather was perfect while we were there as well as the ocean. I love reading reviews and find them helpful, so just a few other things - we went to Thomas donuts 2x, 5 min drive from the condo. The kids (and adults) loved the Pirate Sunset Cruise - highly recommend for the views and entertainment. Our favorite restaurants we ate at were Dat Cajun Place and Wicked Wheel. Favorite evenings were spent on the beach!

We could not have picked a better place to take the kids to PCB. The condo was spacious, with a view/balcony from every bedroom. This is a 6th floor unit. The resort has a lazy river, outdoor pool, splash area with slides and water falls and right on the beach. We were connected to Alvin’s, a large gift shop and parking was great. I loved that we were not in the congested part of PCB and could access other areas so easily using side streets. We will book here again!

Perfect place for families to stay

We had a great time staying in the condo. It was the perfect location for my family and I. Splash is very family oriented. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from every room with our own balcony. Plenty of room for my entire family. We had everything we needed and more. One of the closest’s was full of beach toys and chairs for my grandchildren to use. Anytime I had a question and contacted Ron he quickly responded. When we come back to Panama City we will definitely book with them again.

Growing up in Minnesota we always had a love for the ocean and often went there on our family vacations. After retirement we made a trip to Panama City Beach on a recommendation of a friend. We fell in love with the place with its white sand beaches, emerald green gulf water and the lack of traffic congestion. Throw all that in with the new Pier Park, new airport and all the many other new enhancements to the area and we couldn't buy our first new condo fast enough back in 2004. We were so pleased with how it all worked out that we bought our 2nd condo in 2017. This one at Splash.. Tepee!! We feel like we found a real winner in the 'new' Panama City Beach.

We think the west end 3 bedroom unit on the 6th floor will be a big hit. We also think the water park and each bedroom having its own balcony won't hurt either. Don't forget this condo complex has a water park so don't forget the kids.
