La casa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y deseable a una corta distancia a pie de Desert Breeze Park. Completamente renovado por dentro y por fuera con muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos. Interior cálido y acogedor con más de 2,400 pies cuadrados. 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene un rey de California, dos de los dormitorios secundarios son reinas y el cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También hay una cama aerodinámica en el armario del dormitorio del medio. El hogar tiene escritorio con impresora / escáner combinado, wifi, televisores en todas las habitaciones, Netflix, HBO, Showtime y muchos más canales. Backyard es un oasis paradisíaco con piscina, cascada, calentador, barbacoa de obra y amplios asientos en todo el patio.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy, and they responded quickly to our questions. Plenty of room for our family, and the kids loved spending time in the pool. Location was great, and not too far from any thing around town.

The home is very welcoming and cheery and the kitchen seems to have everything you would need. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool but the backyard is lovely. Nice quiet stay so you can relax when you’re wanting to get away from the strip!

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip to Las Vegas for a tennis tournament. The property was spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds and plush, high-end towels that felt like a luxury hotel experience.The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and gather together. The main living area was just as inviting, featuring a large, comfortable sofa that was perfect for relaxing after long days.The backyard was a standout—beautifully designed with a pool and bar hut that made it feel like a private oasis.The property manager was also excellent—very attentive and communicative both before and throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.

Quiet neighborhood. Great location for doing MORE than just the “Vegas” thing. Close to freeways for getting out to Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and just minutes from Red Rock Canyon. Convenient to regular stores for groceries, fast food, restaurants, etc. House is a little dated but everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have cooked a holiday meal for many without sweating it. Could have used a heads up that shampoo and soaps were not included but not a show-stopper. And of course the Strip is only a few minutes away for all the other stuff that folks like to do.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very spacious bedrooms, and the kitchen is an entertainer's delight. The host is so welcoming and easily available with any questions. There is an Albertsons close by, and the drive into Las Vegas is easy and quick. We are hoping to return in the summer!

The house was perfect for our family as we explored Las Vegas. Very clean and well cared for. The furnishings were very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay with my family at this property. The house was clean and provided ample bedroom linens and bathroom towels. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen nicely accommodated our family as we enjoy cooking and entertaining. There were areas to gather as a family or enjoy some alone time. The computer was a great addition for us as my husband had to check in with his office periodically. The outside area was lovely for sitting and relaxing. A heated pool would have been a bonus for sure! My only minor grievance was that we tried to reach the owner on arrival in to see if it was possible to check in slightly earlier than 4PM. We communicated by VRBO app, phone and text and never received a response. I would have expected someone to be available had there been a problem with checking in or issues with the house.

Great Place to Get Away

The house was great and accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We didn’t use the pool but I’m sure it’s nice in the summertime.

Nice Home!

Our family gathered from several states to celebrate a birthday! The location is convenient and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool is very nice and private. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the host. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay in Vegas

Really nice place to stay. About half an hour from strip and old Vegas. About an hour from Hoover Dam. Clean and had all the supplies we needed. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Would recommend.

Great property!

We came to Vegas for the Eagles concert. This home was perfect for our stay. We had a small electrical problem, but it the electrician came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very happy with this property. Communication could have been a little better, but this is a great property!

Beautiful spacious home! Love the location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Pool is so nice!! And lounging outside was so nice. Kitchen is beautiful and spacious with all the fixings you need to cook up something yummy! Love the grill. Great home.
