Guests have 100% private access to the entire home, backyard, and all amenities—except the garage and shed.

Getting Around:
Located in a quiet East Dallas neighborhood just off I-30, you’ll be close to major sights with easy access to downtown, airports, and the lake.

Other Things to Note:
• This is a quiet home in a residential neighborhood; Dallas noise ordinance is in effect from 10PM to 7AM
• Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors only— $500 cleaning fee if broken.
• Fireplace in the living room is not functional — please don’t use it
• Pool heating is $150/day (2-day minimum) — request at least 48 hrs in advance
• Hot tub heat is included (up to 6 hrs/day)
• Some lawn games may be temporarily unavailable due to guest wear — we replace parts as needed
• Garage and backyard shed are not accessible to guests
