Absolutely beautiful spacious condo. We have been coming to gulf shores for 7 years and this has been the best accommodations thus far. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishware etc. There are 3 elevators and they operated on par with all the foot traffic. We were very impressed and will definately rent this place again.

Nice summer trip

Stayed at this property for 5 days this summer. Great property with 3/3, nice updated appliances, cozy family room, and balcony overlooking the beach. Great location as well! Within walking distance to more restaurants and eateries than we had time for as well as several shopping venues. Parking is tight at the primary location, but there is overflow parking immediately across the street. Overall, very nice place that allowed for an enjoyable vacation for my family.

Overall the condo was great but the rugs/runner were filthy. They made bottoms of feet black. They need to be wash after each stay.

Family trip

We stayed as a family trip/wedding on the beach! The condo is spacious clean beautiful views! It’s in perfect proximity to restaurants and things to do for kids. The gym was very clean pool was huge. Communication was spot on! Having a bathroom for every room was great! I was worried about parking from some of the other reviews but we never had an issue. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great after we got settled in room. Check-in was delayed 30 mins, when we went in room it had not been cleaned even after delay. Only other complaint, had to park across highway. If you have to pay 50 to park, you should not have to park across a busy highway

Excellent Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and perfect for our group. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was awesome. The water was cool and clear. We will stay here again.

Perfect place to stay while exploring City Park

My family and I were participating in the Crescent City Classic and wanted a walkable place to stay and this was perfect. Parking, even for my Expedition was not a problem, the home accommodated all of us (5 adults and a baby) very comfortably. Since we had the baby we did some cooking and found we had everything we needed. Porch was nice to sit on and watch the people walk by. The neighborhood felt very safe and actually, as we walked it, were reminded of our recent visit to Paris in that the restaurants, coffee shops, small but well stocked grocery stores and such were all in the neighborhood and the whole area is very quaint. I recommend this Vrbo and, after many years visiting NOLA, have found a new neighborhood to stay in and explore.

Amazing

This place was so amazing! The views were great and very spacious!!! I’d definitely come back here asap to enjoy my time again. The owners were quick with responding if we needed anything. The workers at the condos were also amazing and had great attitudes.

The perfect stay!

Overall this was one of our favorite condos! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The balcony was nice and spacious! The condo had everything for cooking & more! There were card games to beach toys & more! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Even better in person!

We really enjoyed our stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. The place was very spacious, well equipped, loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was great! There is a Food market across the street and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Great Weekend

Had a great time in Gulf Shores. The condo was cozy and well decorated. Loved the balcony furniture! The only complaint, there were no blankets on any of the beds...had to run to walmart to buy blankets. Other than that....very well pleased! Would stay here again!

Mid Westerner's Weekend Getaway To The Beach

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Vrbo @ San Carlos in Gulf Shores was the perfect location for a weekend get-away. It was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the beach. We rented beach loungers/umbrellas for 2 days. It was walking distance (beach or street) to restaurants, bars and activities. Just a short drive to Orange Beach and "The Wharf" where we ate, attended a concert & did some shopping. We had a great time !

Our great family vacation

We stayed the week of 4th of July. Talk about a busy area. Lots of music from everywhere. Close to things to do for all ages. Easy access to the water. The best seats to watch fireworks off the pier was our own condo balcony! The condo was perfect for our family. Our 3 teens enjoyed their stay. Will be making another reservation again!

Perfect Location Felt Like Home

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and this condo was the perfect place to call home. Not only was San Carlos 807 a beautifully decorated, very comfortable place to rest our heads at night, but there was plenty of space for 5 adults. Plus, the location was amazing. We had spectacular ocean views and a 5 minute walk from the room down to our chairs on the beach (including elevator wait time). Every night we walked to restaurants and shops and never ran out of options. I would HIGHLY recommend San Carlos 807 to any family visiting Gulf Shores.

Haven on the Beach

First time at Alabama Beaches and I have to say LOVE it! I will be back. We got a condo on the beach and it was incredible! Every morning I sat on the 8th floor balcony and watched dolphins play while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. This condo had everything we needed, not that we cooked much as we explored the local fair. One morning I walked over to the shops to pick up gifts and then stopped back at the beach for an early afternoon drink and lunch. Thank you to the iTrip Vacations, Beaches of Alabama Team because they made our stay comfortable and easy with all the pre-information we received. Thank you all and we will be back!

Nice Condo Great View

We arrived to mass confusion in the small parking lot and the elevator lobby. Since we arrived at the same time as many more travelers. Tip: There are shopping carts, if you can find them, you can use to haul your luggage and supplies to your unit. When we finally got onto an elevator, we got to the condo. When we opened the door we immediately saw the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and were awestruck! The anxiety from dealing with the parking lot and packed elevator lobby suddenly went away. We had read reviews about the elevators saying there was always one broken down. And it was difficult to get one. But after the initial arrival, we never had to wait longer than 1 minute for an elevator. The condo was nice and clean for the most part. Some of the towels and bedsheets were slightly stained. But, not so bad we couldn't deal with it. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Although we ate dinners out. When we weren't on the beach we were enjoying the million dollar view from the large balcony. The only real issue was that the code on the door changed before our 10:00 checkout time. It's a good thing one of us was still in the unit when the others left and tried to get back in. Overall, we would stay here again.
