We had a great stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and equipped with everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We were in Wilmington, NC for a wedding.The home was true to the pictures listed. It was one of the most beautifully decorated and cleanest homes we have stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect! Ms. Jennie checked on us several times via e-mail to make sure we had everything we needed. She even left us unexpected sweet gifts. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Sleep is very important to us. All five adults slept great! The beds were super comfortable. I slept downstairs in the master and could not hear anyone walking around, talking or commodes flushing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything you needed to cook. Large kitchen table with extra seating at island. Plenty of room to spread out. Huge walk in shower with bench downstairs off Master bedroom. I loved the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We went to the beach after the wedding. This property provided 4 clean beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella.I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our Stay was perfect!!! The house is a beautiful, the owner Jenny, was amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations 1000x over. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We Can’t wait to stay again, on our next visit to the beach. Decor of the home is inviting and very clean. The house has everything you could want or could ask for in a visit to the area or run to the beach. My family and I will be staying again very soon. If you’re planning a stay in the area, don’t hesitate just book the home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. For our stay the location was excellent for our activities and in a clean safe neighborhood. Shopping and dining selections are within a few minutes drive. The house was super clean and well stocked. The furnishings and layout accommodated our family so comfortably! Most of all our host was great with communication. She made the check-in process seamless and responded to our needs most efficiently. We stay in VRBO homes about 6 times a year for the past 10 years and this property and host are outstanding. We look forward to staying here again.

Such a great property. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Tastefully decorated. So comfortable and inviting. Was perfect for 4 couples spending a little time in Wilmington for a concert and exploring. Owner is very prompt to respond and there were so many little nice touches. A very welcoming home. Loved the hand written note welcoming us and the bottle of wine and waters. Highly recommend and very clean.
