Welcome to your perfect year-round escape in the heart of the White Mountains! This expansive 9-bedroom, 10-bathroom home is ideal for large families, reunions, retreats, or quiet group getaways. Located just off the main road and minutes from Cranmore Mountain Resort, you’ll be close to everything North Conway has to offer while enjoying the privacy, comfort, and space of your own mountain retreat.

The Space
- 9 comfortable bedrooms with a variety of sleeping setups to accommodate different types of groups
- 10 full bathrooms so everyone has space and privacy

- Kitchen with modern appliances, large dining area, and everything you need to cook for a crowd

- Two living rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure

- Roll-away pickleball net with paddles and balls (make your own court in the driveway!)

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, patio, and front yard. They also have access to the driveway.

Other things to note:
- We are located in a residential neighborhood. North Conway has a strict noise ordinance from 10pm-7am. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Minut noise monitoring devices have been placed around the home to monitor decibel levels.
- Trash is picked up by a garbage truck on Mondays (unless it's a holiday weekend). Pick up is in the morning and there will need to be a path left for the truck to get through.
- We supply k-cups, but if you’d like to brew a larger pot of fresh coffee, bring your favorite coffee grounds and utilize our commercial-sized machine!
- We supply all linens - bedding, towels, and pool towels (please bring them back!)
- We supply propane for the grill. Please clean the grill after each use.
- We have a team of independent cleaners who have their own companies and a tight schedule. Due to this, we may not be able to accommodate early/late check in, but will do our best! Sometimes, they may charge us a fee that will be passed on to you.

We're available to help guests as needed throughout their stay. We have a cleaning and maintenance team readily available should you need them.
