**Additional details for our guests who appreciate every detail regarding layout and functionality: every bedroom has an on suite bathroom and large walk in closet, with the exception of the private den/5th bedroom which features a full over full bunk bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool.

There is a half bathroom downstairs on each side, that can be accessed from both the inside of the house right off the kitchen and front entryway, but also via the side door in the backyard/pool area.

On each side, three of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one of the bedrooms feature two full sized-beds, and of course the private den/5th bedroom features a full/full bunk.

Each side has one master bedroom is downstairs—all of the remaining bedrooms are upstairs.
