We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.
Please always lock the front door of the building whether you are coming in or leaving
No smoking is allowed inside the building
Please remember only one parking spot is allowed on the designated parking - towing is enforced
Deliveries are not permitted to this apartment for stays shorter than 28 nights. Guests staying for longer durations exceeding 28 nights may request our PO box information for deliveries. However, please note that we do not accept responsibility for any misplaced or lost deliveries to this apartment.
License plate: In order to enhance the security and organization of our premises, we require all guests to provide the license plate number of their vehicle upon check-in. This information will help us ensure that parking spaces are properly allocated and that only registered vehicles are parked on our premises.
Parking: Please note that there's only one assigned parking space per apartment.
