Make lifelong memories at this private lakefront getaway with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8).

Features beautiful lake views, a large open lot with mature trees, and a fenced yard at the end of a quiet road. You’ll love rocking on the porch with your morning coffee and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening.

Private dock will accommodate your boat or rent one from a local marina.

Sleeping arrangements – 4 bedrooms, first floor master with king, 1 king upstairs, 1 full, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins). Linens included. Wi-fi and TVs in each bedroom.

Ample parking.

Quiet west side of lake, 30 minutes from CLT.

No events or overnight guests beyond max occupancy.

Fantastic experience!

Absolutely lovely stay! Perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Very spacious, beautiful atmosphere, and the hosts were very thoughtful on amenities. 100% will stay again when coming to town!

Perfectly peaceful and what a view!

Absolutely beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed - and sitting on the front porch watching bald eagles, osprey and blue heron - felt like paradise!

Beautiful Thanksgiving Wknd

We have a lovely holiday stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

Lake home the whole family enjoyed

Lovely home with modern amenities and lake cabin charm. Family enjoyed the lake fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Family dog liked the fenced backyard. Spent time on the porch looking out on the lake each morning and campfires in the evening.

AWESOME CABIN ON THE LAKE

This a beautiful, cozy cabin right on the lake. The large secure fenced yard is incredible for the pups. They loved it and so did we! The owners are wonderful & very good communicators. We will be back!!!

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my partner’s birthday with friends at this gorgeous lake house! The rooms were all very nice, the host communicated well, and it was a fantastic stay overall! We will be back in the future!

Can’t beat the view

Just spent 5 days at Holly Hill. It is a comfortable log home, very well equipped. The views are epic and our dogs loved being out in the fenced yard watching the boats and ducks. I recommend going north to the Publix, brand new, also the barbecue place up in the same area. Easy check in and out.

Relaxing

We loved the cabin and the beautiful view. It was perfect for our family get together. Lovely porch, yard was great for the dog and games. Can’t go wrong booking in this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Maybe rent a boat next time! Thanks.

Engagement Surprise Visit

Property worked out perfect for us. We were in town for a long weekend to visit family. Host was quick to answer any questions. The only thing we wished was that there was a bath entrance on the first floor without going through the bedroom.

Great Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was great! Only downfall was the firepit. I wish it were on level ground and chairs were provided. But other than that it was exactly what we expected! We plan to come back in the future ☺️

Lakeside relaxation

Late March was a great time to visit! Warm enough to see lots of herons and ospreys fishing, to hook some catfish ourselves off the dock, and to kayak every day. Still cool enough that pollen and lots of boaters hadn't arrived. Our dogs loved snoozing and chasing squirrels in the huge yard too. The big covered porch is great for a coffee and crossword in the morning, and the comfy living room was great for movies and hanging out with our family by the fireside. We loved our spring break getaway here!

incredible visit

Our family was in town for an emotional celebration of one of our good friends that had passed away. Our daughters grew up in a log house that had many similarities. Holly Hill is amazing! Four bedrooms all immaculate --- all the equipment you might want in a kitchen and the porch??? Enchanting! Ever watch a thunderstorm from a porch over Lake Norman. Thanks for the opportunity.

Beautiful home and setting - a couple of misses

The neighborhood, home and property were as pretty as we thought it would be. Kitchen, living area and back porch looking over a beautiful backyard toward the lake provided such a nice setting for us. Bathrooms were very nice. Owner was friendly and easy to get in touch with. All in all a good experience. Had a few details that wish had been covered. Went to sit out on chaise lounge chairs in backyard, pulled cover off and the chairs were very dirty, stained, leaves covering seat. Upstairs bedroom I stayed in did not have window coverings. One window looked out to neighbor's house/yard. Had to make my own covering. Bathrooms did not have any soap and had one small hotel-size shampoo that lasted one day for our group.

Great place for multi generation family gathering!

Beautiful location and great for families. They had a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate which made flying in so much easier! Comfortable furnishings and wonderful kitchen for cooking and conversations. Would definitely stay again when in the area visiting family.

Daughters wedding

My family stayed here for the weekend to attend my daughters wedding nearby. The home was beautiful. Log cabin with open beams and floors, all natural woods throughout. The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again!!
