I'm a Canadian from Vancouver, BC, visiting Maui since 1977, and Dani (originally from the Czech Republic, now American) has called this island home since 2010. We met and fell in love here, and this breathtaking oceanfront condo (A13) became our cherished winter paradise.

Meet "Lulu" Our Honu
Napili Point is famous for Hawaiian Honu's (turtles in english) so Dani honors them with her hand made mosaic planter (Lulu is her name). There are a few dozen Honu's living right out your front door and you will see them everyday. Best glimpse time with "them all out" is early morning and sunset. The fish and coral is amazing. More rare to experience but we also get some large rays, sea lions, dolphins and more that enjoy our cove. It’s kinda like your own massive aquarium.

Meet "Pele" Our New Sea Grape Tree (right side of lanai)
Named after the Hawaiian goddess Pele. She was moved all the way from the other side of the island in up country and was dug in and planted in 2023. She will grow over time to provide us with natural beauty and more shade. We hope you enjoy her.

When you are done playing for the day, fire up (one of 3 locations on property) the barbecue grills located next to the ocean front to the right of the unit, upstairs by the pool and to the left near the other pool area with picnic tables, then unwind and enjoy complete bliss as you savor your dinner and a glass of your favorite beverage watching the most breathtaking sunsets on the island from your lanai.

Napili Point is world-famous for its snorkeling with resident Hawaiian Honu (green sea turtles) in protected Honokeana Bay.

This stretch of coast is also a surfer's paradise—Honolua Bay (just minutes away) hosted the 2021 WSL Maui Pro. Right in front of A13, enjoy two epic breaks: "Little Maks" (consistent rights, occasional lefts on big days) and "Hole in the Head" (rights and longs into Napili Bay). Or drive 2 minutes to Ironwoods, DT Fleming, or Honolua; 10-15 minutes to Kaanapali or 20 minutes to beginner-friendly Launiupoko.

This is more than a stay—it's where lifelong Maui memories and freinds are made. We're thrilled to host you and your ohana in our special home.

IMPORTANT Notes:
1. This is a Non-smoking property (designated smoking area is located in the upper parking lot).
2. There is NO microwave in this unit by design as recent health bans in California and Hawaii recomend. We have an airfyer, oven and cook top to warm things up.

Arrival PRE-CHECKS: To ensure that our homes meet our standards, just prior to each check-in, our Auditors do a final inspection and a comprehensive video recording to verify the property condition will meet our guest 5 star expectations. If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact us so we have an opportunity to resolve.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

We had a great time in Maui. The location of this condo cannot be beat. You are steps away from the bay with a lanai to eat and relax on. We were able to reach the owners without any issues when we had questions or problems. We would absolutely stay there again!

I'm Canadian from Vancouver, BC and have been coming to the island since 1977. Dani is from the Czech Republic but is American and has lived on island since 2010. We fell in love here and this is our winter home. We feel privileged to own this remarkable piece of paradise and just love to share her with others as we know that being here changes everyone who stays here, if even just a tiny bit. You will always take a little bit of napili home with you in your heart when you leave. You will know exactly what I mean by this when you get here. :)

We named her the "Aloha Kai" (Love of the Sea) because we fell in love here surrounded by the magical view of the oceanfront, the rustic Hawaiian homes across the bay at napili point in the evening, the turtles in the bay literally you can watch turtles from your front yard sipping coffee on the lanai, the rainbows and of course the best sunsets in the world, literally mesmerizing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The true oceanfront location and view. Sound of the waves literally right outside your windows serenade you to sleep each night. Because the oceanfront units have been literally carved out of the rock and there is no one on top of us with grassy areas' people refer to these exclusive and romantic units as the Napili Oceanfront Caves.

While this is a NON SMOKING property there is a smoking section in the top parking lot area across from the front desk next to the front of the property. You will see it has a sitting area with chairs and an ashtray.

NOTE: This property is undergoing a total and complete renovation that will be completed by December 1st 2025. See artist renderings in pics. The renovation will consist of an open floor plan, Island kitchen design with top of the line sub zero, and fixtures. New designer bathroom with dream shower, all new built in cabinets throughout complete with matching tile flooring and lighting inside and out. New windows and doors will finish the compliment. We will only be taking guests this year for December 15th 2025, through to January 2nd 2026. Our preference is one rental for that time period but we will consider two one week rentals. Minimum 7 night stay. If you are a previous guest of our lovely (A13) please mention your last stay with us and we will provide a return discount from July 15 through to November 30 2026 for your next stay.
