Gather your family or friends at Timberwilde Retreat, a five-bedroom home on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Northwest San Antonio. Sleeping 12, the home offers three king beds—including a first-floor king bedroom—a queen bed and a colorful bunk room for four.

Relax beneath mature Texas oaks in your private fenced backyard, with a six-person hot tub, propane fire pit, covered outdoor dining for 10, gas grill and lounge seating. Inside, enjoy comfortable gathering spaces, a well-equipped kitchen and games for different ages.

Whether you’re celebrating a Lackland Air Force Base graduation, visiting family or planning a getaway together, Timberwilde gives your group room to gather, spread out and recharge.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and remote-operated ceiling fans. The four adult bedrooms include full-length mirrors, bedside charging stations and luggage racks.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult around the hot tub. All guests must follow the posted hot-tub guidelines.

The propane fire pit is for ambiance only. Cooking, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores are not permitted.

The grill and fire pit have automatic shutoff timers. Guests must supervise the grill while in use, turn off the propane and clean up after cooking.

LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

Gather on the large reclining sectional in the main living room, with a 55-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace and board games for evenings at home.

Enjoy cornhole, bucket golf, soccer, horseshoes and water blasters outdoors. Pickleball equipment, including a net and paddles, is available for driveway play.

BONUS GARAGE GAME ROOM

The garage has been converted into a casual game room with air hockey and blacklight mini golf. Guests enter through an interior door across from the downstairs powder room.

This space is not separately climate controlled. The garage door can be opened when weather allows.

The garage is for recreation. Vehicle parking or personal storage requires advance host approval. Locked owner/storage areas are not available for guest use.

Amenity availability may occasionally be affected by weather, maintenance or replacement needs.

The kitchen is stocked for group meals, quick breakfasts and longer family stays. Gather in the dining room, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

PET-FRIENDLY STAYS

Timberwilde Retreat welcomes up to two approved pets, each weighing no more than 20 pounds. The pet fee is $55 per pet, per night. Please include all pets on your reservation and obtain approval before arrival.

Pet amenities include crates, food and water bowls, feeding mats, furniture-protection covers, pet blankets, quick-drying towels and a patio waste-bag station.

Pets must be crated when left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after them and following the pet rules provided before arrival.

Service animals are welcome and are not subject to pet fees or standard pet restrictions.

QUIET HOURS

Please observe quiet hours throughout the property, including the backyard, patio and garage game room:

PROPERTY CARE DURING YOUR STAY

Scheduled service providers may briefly access outdoor areas to keep the property maintained.

• Hot tub inspections and filter rinsing before each arrival, plus weekly professional service
• Lawn service approximately every two weeks
• Trash and recycling bin service on scheduled collection days

These services do not require entry into the home. Whenever possible, we’ll notify you in advance if service is expected during your stay.

IMPORTANT BOOKING DETAILS

• The home has two stories. Both full bathrooms are upstairs; the downstairs bathroom is a half bath.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside, in the backyard and in front of the home.
• San Antonio quiet hours apply.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.
• Only registered guests and visitors approved in advance may be on the property.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entry and porch.

A rear exterior security camera monitors the backyard for safety, with a focus on the property perimeter. Its field of view includes the entire backyard, including the hot tub, part of the side walkway and part of the outdoor dining table area.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
