Our modern 1-bedroom home is the perfect retreat, whether you`re on a cruise layover or here to explore the city. Located near the airport and just a short drive from Miami`s top attractions, our home offers a relaxing stay with all the comforts you need.

🏡 About the Home

Step inside our beautifully furnished, spacious 1-bedroom unit. You`ll find a super comfortable bed and mattress, a functional kitchen, and a power couch perfect for lounging while you watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV. Want to get musical? Feel free to play our Wurlitzer piano! For your convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi for smooth conference calls and streaming, and free gated parking.

Outside, our fully-fenced property has a large garden with fruit trees, giving you a private, peaceful outdoor space. We love pets and welcome your well-behaved furry friends. Please be sure to disclose your pet before booking!

There are two super chill long term neighbors. One lives in a bigger, separate house on the same lot, and the other lives in an efficiency at the back of the Cozy House, which has its own separate entrance. They are both respectful, and your privacy is assured.

🌇 The Neighborhood & Location

Our home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks and a friendly atmosphere. While you`ll feel tucked away from the city`s hustle, you`re just minutes from everything!

5-minute drive: Coral Gables, many local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

10-minute drive: Miami International Airport (MIA) and Brickell.

15-minute drive: Downtown Miami.

20-minute drive: Miami Beach.

If you`re using public transport, you`ll be glad to know there are bus routes running every 20 minutes from three main roads nearby. The free #9 trolley, `Little Havana Route,` is also available and connects you to downtown Brickell.

For those with a car, you`ll appreciate the plentiful free on-street parking near the house, a major plus compared to the costly parking downtown and in Brickell.

You may hear nearby chickens and roosters early in the morning and the occasional airplane overhead. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs.

🚪 Check-In & House Rules

Your stay includes self-check-in with a smart lock for easy access. The entire home is yours to use, except for a locked cupboard in the bedroom.

For families, we can provide a playpen upon request.

For the comfort of all guests, our home is smoke-free 🚭. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and a $500 fee will be charged for any violations.

We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before booking. For peace of mind, we also suggest purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made outside the specified window.

🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.

Quiet Hours:
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of nighttime noise. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Damage and Missing Items:
While we trust our guests to treat our home with care, accidents can happen. Any damage or missing items discovered during or after your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. Please inform us immediately if you notice any damages or items that require attention. Guests will be invoiced for anything missing or damaged upon checkout.

Smoking:
Please note there is no smoking on the property so that all guests can enjoy a smoke-free environment. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.

Additional Cleaning Fees:
For messes left upon checkout that are egregious and beyond the scope of a `regular` cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of cleaning to compensate the cleaning company.

Any charges in connection with damage of property, whether by natural person, automotive, pet or otherwise, will be assessed in addition to any cleaning fee and/or pet fee.

All guests and pets must be disclosed to the host.

Violation of the house rule may result in cancellation without refund + $400 penalty.
