The room is very nice for a couple. The furniture was comfortable and welcoming. The views outside are amazing. The gounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There is a beach right in front. It was beautiful. The price was good. The bedroom had an air condition which was nice at night. I recommend this unit for a couple just wanting to relax.

A gorgeous little spot with an unbeatable view.This is a well maintained and well appointed rental. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen, nice patio furniture, surprise washer/dryer and beach supplies (coolers, beach chairs). If you are here during whale season you won’t be disappointed. This is a great unit to sit on the lanai and watch whales all day! The property grounds are very well maintained. Sparkling clean pool, lovely gardens and outdoor grills that are scrubbed down daily (we think with the nicest cooking views on the planet!!)During our stay a large group of residents (both owners and visitors) would meet by the shore to watch the sunset each evening. It was a great impromptu way to meet folks, get recommendations and just visit. We’ll be back!

Pros and Cons of staying here. Pros:The grounds are immaculately kept,the beach is almost private with lava rocks and clean coral sand with regular visits from big Turtles.The pool was amazing, it’s heated and spotlessly clean which I have never seen on my many visits to Maui over the years.The condo comes fully stocked with everything you need in the way of kitchen utensils,washer & dryer in the unit and the refrigerator, however old it is works great! The king size bed is very comfy as is the couch and patio chairs.There are beach chairs and beach toys which came in handy, some BBQs near the beach,Plenty of free parking. Con’s: Nowhere do they mention that the condo is on the third floor,To get to the condo you need to climb 6 flights of narrow, rather vertical stairs, try dragging your wife’s 50 pound suitcase up and down that..no elevator. Part of the owner’s request is you don't wear shoes in the condo,normally a good idea but not here! After a few hours of walking barefoot we discovered our feet were pretty black,the bathtub was desperately in need of a good cleaning,The A/C is an issue as It's a super annoying noisy A/C window unit that willl keep you up all night if you run it. No central Air.There was ZERO WiFi available,and ZERO management company help on getting the WiFi up ! The condo does show it's age and needs updating.We will not return,however for the cost, and the Pros noted above, I would recommend it...maybe.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. In the middle of our listing, we clearly state that the unit is located on an upper floor and that there are stairs with no elevator access.
We also take communication very seriously and pride ourselves on being responsive. We always answer calls, texts, and emails promptly. After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any contact from you regarding the WiFi during your stay. The WiFi details are included in your arrival information, directly under the door code, and we would have been more than happy to assist had we been contacted.
