It was outstanding! The innkeeper Chad was so supportive and helped us in on an icy night! They had done special care at the icy parking lot that we could safely go in and out. Our place was very well supplied, comfortable and cozy. Beds really nice and loved all the art. The quartz sculpture and pieces and holiday decor were so nice also. Just a really nice place to visit even when the weather was very polar express style! We did not cook there but kitchen was very well supplied that we could have! And loved the living room with gas stove! Thank these hosts very much

The apartment was well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location across from the old jail (which is a great place to tour) was perfect. Easy to walk down to the shopping/eating area, but out of the crowded area. Our dog loved it and there were ample places to walk him.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve stayed in at least a hundred air bnbs in our lifetime and this one ranks right up there. The beds were so comfy all of us zonked out each night and slept all through the night so peacefully. Its a great location allowing us to walk to the train station, a ton of shops and restaurants. Owner communication was perfect and check in was super easy. This building as several apts in it but never heard anything from any of the others at all! Very quiet. Everything you could need was provided. And our 11 year old was obsessed with the rain shower and actually asked to take a shower each night! 😂 Would recommend over and over again.

Pisces Birthday getaway

It was perfectly decorated. We loved the owls and creativity and color choices that went into creating an artsy spa like oasis in Jim Thorpe. We went to 2 shows at the Opera House St. Patsweekend it was perfect.

A magical holiday stay

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for 2 nights at Christmas. The apartment was beautiful to begin with, especially the lighted gemstone piece. But add Christmas decorations with the fireplace and it was so charming and festive! The location is perfect- it’s far enough away to avoid the tourist congestion but close enough to be able to walk everywhere, and I loved being right across from the old jail. Jim Thorpe is incredibly dog friendly, and we were able to bring our dog into many of the shops. Jeffrey also gave us great suggestions on dog friendly restaurants and bars. He also suggested to check out the grotto behind the house, and we all loved the mini hike on the hill. What a great stay! Highly recommend.

Made a quick trip to Jim Thorpe and this was an ideal place to stay. Walking distance to everything and beautiful apartment. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Jim Thorpe

We have stayed at this apartment several years in a row. It is clean, well stocked, pet friendly, and plenty of space. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again next year!

5 stars - Plenty of room - Parking!!

The "G" apartment was very well equipped, spacious, quiet at night, in a great location and as the title suggests, off street parking! There are actually two spaces available. There are more than enough towels and coffee. Owner even had seltzers in the frig for us. The evenings were cool and the living room was so very comfortable we looked around for a throw blanket... It was a weird shoulder season temperature (50s at night and 80s in the day) and Chad dropped off two blankets for us! The owner and property manager were excellent - check in couldn't have been easier. We see friends in Jim Thorpe and walking to the restaurants was perfect. We will be back and will stay in "G" as long as it's available. Thanks!

Fantastic two-day trip to Jim Thorpe

This is a one-of-a-kind property and we LOVED it. We wished we could stay longer! The hosts were so welcoming and everything was sparkling clean and so cleverly decorated and how cool to have the old jail right out the living room windows! We can't wait to go back.

An absolute dream

I’ve been wanting to stay at this property for awhile and it was well worth the wait! Communication with the owners was easy and helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations. Lots to do and super dog friendly. Both my toddler and my dog were at ease and loved exploring the local area. Everything from the bed, to the living room, to the bathroom was amazingly comfortable. My toddler was obsessed with the crystal wall. Cannot wait to return!

Great place for friends to gather

We enjoyed this house. It has unique style and is very well designed with everything you might need. The outdoor spaces invite you to sit and talk with friends. Its close to the activity of the town but is quiet at night. Free parking is a huge perk!

Location

This was the perfect location for exploring the town on foot. It also provided a clean and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The host emailed lots of information on restaurants and things to do beforehand to help plan our stay.

Wonderful Home

This was our second time staying here and won’t be our last. Quiet location and the host, Jeffery, is always helpful and very thorough. We have recommended Jeffery’s place to many friends who have stayed in Jim Thorpe.

I am drawn to Jim Thorpe and to the Pocono's in general and am very glad to live in this amazing town surrounded by the ever changing Appalachian landscape. You cannot beat the endless miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, or the tubing, kayaking, skirmish, yoga, skiing, rivers, lakes, and fishing or the cultural and historical attractions. So close to the major east coast cities, yet worlds away!
