Second time here. As always, the place is in great shape, perfect for large groups, and both the owner and the property manager are very responsive and great to work with.This is about a 20 minute ride to hotel zone so close enough to get there when you want to, but far enough away to be way more chill and away from all of the crowds and mayhem. Despite not being in that main zone, there are some great restaurants within a couple miles as well as supermarkets and everything else you need. The pool area is amazing, and then with access to the small beach across the street you really have everything you need. Highly recommended. We are already thinking about dates for the next visit.

As we arrived and entered the house, I was impressed with the cleanliness. The layout is wonderful for a group of people. Theres plenty of room for 13 of us to walk around inside the house without each other. The pool area is amazing. There’s a full bathroom in pool area and kitchenette. I messaged the manager a few times for some essentials and they were quickly provided to us. This is a great location because it is not near the tourist area, but easily accessed if we wanted to go there. There are beaches across the street to choose from which made this location perfect for us. I highly recommend renting this home.

Castle by the sea

The staff and the house were nothing short of amazing. Antonius was there to greet us and was the property manager. Anything we needed, he was right there. They arranged for us to have a Van during our stay, provided beach chairs, and gave us a ride back to the airport.The house was beautiful. The beds very comfortable and the comforters and towels were very nice as well. The view was amazing from the Primary bedroom.The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter, there is a nice vanity to sit and get ready though. The pool area was fantastic, outdoor dining and bar with a bathroom and shower. This property is outside of the touristy are which is what we prefer. If you love snorkeling, this is your house. Walk across the street and down the dock and climb in. Mangel Halto beach is also just a 5 minute walk from the house.This vacation was a 10 out of 10. We did not want to leave and will be looking for a second home here. 15 minutes from main tourist area. Very close to Old man and the Sea, Zeeover's, and a few more top restaurants. Book this property, you will not regret it!

The house was huge, definitely enough room for 14. Very clean, easy check-in. Outside area is great!The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we had some issues with the toilets, the upstairs water not getting hot and one of the upstairs air conditioners kept leaking. Each time we reached out, Edward was extremely responsive and had someone there almost immediately, working to fix the issues. Unfortunately the upstairs air conditioner never stopped leaking. The location is quite quiet as it is in a more local region rather than a tourist region. Would definitely recommend this to a large group who wanted to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. I'm confident the issues we experienced will be fixed.

Most amazing house

This house was everything as advertised and more. It was beautiful, comfortable, and safe! I love the fact that we had so many towels on hand for the pool, beach and showers. The balcony was so nice to see the ocean at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was always super responsive, quickly.

Wonderful

We had 14 guest in this home. The house was beautiful, and clean. Lots of stairs in this home so was a little tricky with 2 elderly females with canes, but we made it work and truly enjoyed our stay. Having the pool and grill out back was the perfect spot to hang in the evening and grill out for our family! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Quiet residential area, 2 min. Walk to beach, and 5 min. Walk to local supermarket. Will be back next year! Thank you to Edward and Antonio.

Everything you could want in space, privacy, friendly neighbourhood. Local beach a gem.Easy access for groceries etc.Only comment: could use little more lighting.But that did not interfere or hamper our stay and was a wonderful spot. And Amazing host.

Overall everything was great! We did have a couple of unannounced visitors (pool guy, Gardner) but other than that it was great. Edward was also great! The only other thing that would have made the house more enjoyable would have been to have televisions in the bedrooms and poolside.

Group family vacation

We had a group of 10 stay at the house. It is great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main floor and a full bath outside by the pool. We enjoyed having a pool and outside sitting area. Edward was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our trip and checked in with me during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Antonius met us at the house and showed us around. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had and attended to the issue we had with one of the air conditioners immediately. We all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, but beware of stairs

This house and everything in it is gorgeous. Well maintained. Had enough room for everyone. It would be great for multiple couples. Customer service great from check in to Check out. The neighborhood was safe.This was my second trip to Aruba and we have fallen in love with the island. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I do have a caution for anyone one traveling with small kids, elderly, or with a disability.The stairs are steep, and going out to pool is dangerous. There aren’t any rails and only a few spots have something to prevent sliding. The stairs leading upstairs only have a rail on the second half and the stairs leading onto 1st floor bedrooms have no rails. The stairs leading into house have no rails. The washer and dryer are outside with stairs with no rail. The floor is all tile which can be slick if wet. WeHad a few people fall. I fell trying to keep the 3 year old safe and I broke my leg. We made things work and still had a great vacation. Despite my fall, I have no complaints, still give the house 5 stars because if I had paid attention to reviews and to pictures, I would have booked somewhere that was more handicap accessible. I only include this in my review to hopefully prevent someone from making the same mistake if they have difficulties navigating stairs or have a disability. If you do not have issues navigating the stairs, you will enjoy this house and everything it has to offer. I would book again it were just adults.

Retirement/birthday celebration in paradise

Our party of 11 went to Aruba to celebrate a birthday and retirement. The house was perfect for our large group and everyone had plenty of space. We especially liked that all the bedrooms had private bathrooms. The location was ideal and took no more than 20 minutes to reach any/all of Aruba's popular destinations. This was a vacation we will never forget.

Don't hesitate, just book

I have literally nothing bad to say about this place. Great location away from the tourist area. Mangel Halto Beach is pretty much across the street. The store is easily within walking distance, Edward was extremely responsive any time we reached out. The house is massive and has everything you need. All the rooms are identical with their own full bathrooms. There's even a bathroom in the pool area. The pool area is huge and absolutely beautiful! If you are thinking of booking here, just do it! You will not be disappointed!! We had 10 people stay here and we had more than enough space!!

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised in the listing. The property owner and staff, especially Ton, are very responsive if needed. The beach across the street, Mangel Halto, was our favorite place to snorkel. My family was very happy with this property and I would definitely stay there again.

Held a surprise birthday party for my husband and our friends and family. The property was perfect for our event and gave everyone the space they needed. Ton was very helpful whenever we needed anything or had a question.

The villa was exactly as stated, more than enough room for the 13 of us. Had issue with hot water and was taken care of right away. Celebration vacation

Our family and friends came to Aruba to celebrate an 80th birthday and a 36th anniversary. We had stayed at this residence 4years ago and couldn't resist returning to this property. I cannot say enough good things about the accommodations here. The convenience to any beach is just a short drive away. The property owner, Edward, is a jewel. We rented two vans from him and he even delivered one to us at the Airport Hotel (we flew in a day early due to airline schedules). If you have any questions or concerns you will receive an immediate response from Edward. Love all the amenities at this property. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Pool area is a great place to relax and wind down after a day at the beach or sightseeing. I can assure you when we visit Aruba again we will definitely stay here or at another of Edward's outstanding properties. Thank you Edward for another unforgettable time in Aruba!
