Perfect stay

We really could not have asked for a better location and space for our stay on the Cape! Plenty of room for everyone, and close to restaurants and the beach! And the outdoor shower is a must!

We had a great week at Caroline’s. Can’t ask for a better location as it’s conveniently located to the best beaches in Dennis! House was very spacious for the group we had (4 adults, 5 children) and was equipped with everything we needed. Caroline even brought us brand new martini glasses during our stay. We’re already booked again for next year!

Fantastic vacation on the Cape. The location is wonderful. Just off the main route, but so private with a very large lot, wooded on the perimeter. We loved hanging out on the deck and in the yard with the kids, playing games and letting the little ones run and play. The lot is ideally situated, tucked into a beautiful neighborhood, but almost like a secret because it’s so private. The inside of the home equally met our needs for a multi-generation vacation of us, our daughters and their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. The layout really exceeded our expectations, that all families had their spaces as well as excellent shared spaces. And of course, Caroline’s prompt and helpful communication was perfect! Thank you Caroline!

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of room for us to be as close or far apart as we needed. Good location to hit many of the beaches in the area. Very responsive owner who helped navigate the area and its attractions.

Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful trip to the Cape staying at Caroline’s place. She was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We had plenty of space for 3 families including seven kids ranging from 1-6! The back deck was great and plenty of space in yard for the kids to run around and play. The location was great- close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Dream

This is our second time staying at Caroline's beautiful home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. The house is absolutely delightful with all the amenities you could possibly want. The best part is Caroline's responsiveness and desire to make the visit the best possible vacation. She is a gem and we loved our time in her home.

Property has window air conditioners in the bedrooms that are noisy—the parking was ample—the weather for the week we stayed was very hot & humid so no outside games were used

Caroline, the owner, is a true gem. Her home is in immaculate condition. She answered our questions throughout the process promptly and thoughtfully. It’s a lovely, well equipped home, especially for a larger group. Very large, private yard. We’ve rented on Cape for over 25 yrs

Perfect Mid Cape House

We had a wonderful week on the Cape this past week! We had a large family gathering of 51 people from 7 states!! We had 12 immediate family members staying in the house. The house was amazing… playing an important role for my direct family! The house was everything that was promised! It was perfect for our needs. We had no complaints. We won’t hesitate to rent it again in the future!

Magical Cape Vacation

Suite Caroline was the best house we’ve stayed at on the cape by far! Beautiful, large family rooms with easy-to-use TVs, games, and puzzles to enjoy. There was a quiet deck with grill for dinner and indoor dining room table large enough for our group of six with room to spare. The bedrooms were clean and each with a window A/C unit for comfort. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the main road while still being very close to Main.St - a 3 minute drive to ice cream and less than 10 minutes to corporation beach. Caroline was very responsive when we had questions. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Secluded and quiet location

7 adults and 5 kids fit very comfortably in this house. The check in/out process was very easy and Caroline graciously let us arrive ahead of the scheduled check in time. We had a few plumbing/hot water issues during our stay and Caroline was extremely responsive, personally attending to all needs. The location is fantastic and the yard is perfect for large families who like to spend time outside. We had corn hole and badminton going at the same time and everyone was happy. The location is extremely quiet and secluded. Two driveways make it possible to fit many cars. A portion of the house has central air and the other bedrooms have window units. We did notice that the loft gets quite hot and may be uncomfortable for sleeping at times, but we had plenty of room and didn’t need to use that spot for sleeping. The outdoor shower was one of the nicest we’ve seen in all the houses we’ve rented in Dennis over our 23 years of summer vacations. The layout of the kitchen and living room makes it very easy to spend time together in large groups. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful place to stay

Caroline was super responsive and made our stay perfect. The house was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood and is close to everything you need. Love this place!!!

Beautiful home in awesome location

We had 19 family members and there was plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the house, especially the back deck and outdoor shower. The beautiful Cold Storage Beach was 1.5 miles away so we did drop off and then one of us rode the bike down (parking is only for residents) The house was centrally located to many of the wonderful Cape towns.

An amazing week!

What a fantastic stay! We had everything we needed and the host was super responsive, even provided us with recommendations for local eateries and placed to visit. The house was super comfortable, clean and spacious, plenty of room for all of us. The location is perfect— close to everything, yet secluded and private. An exceptional find, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Private and convenient location, comfortable and clean!

We had a wonderful experience renting from Caroline! The house is in a very private wooded area and only a few minutes drive to some beautiful beaches in Dennis. It was large enough to accommodate 9 adults and 3 children comfortably, it was clean and the layout was perfect. Caroline was so accommodating for us. We had some weather troubles and she so kindly allowed us to adjust our reservation last minute. She also answered every message within hours. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back and rent from her again!
