New Listing, Established Home! This vacation home recently joined TripForth’s host portfolio (Sept 2025) after years of welcoming happy guests through VPMS. While the listing may look “new,” it’s an established rental with a strong history of 5-star reviews. We’ve highlighted past guest feedback in the photo carousel and look forward to earning even more 5-star stays.
All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
The home has a driveway that easily accommodates 3-5 vehicles, and additional vehicles can park off the street or in resort parking lots.
*There is a doorbell security camera on the main door, and a spotlight camera on the side of the house that covers the driveway area. It records based on motion audio and video.

The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
Massanutten Property Owners Association Home This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.
Please review the HOA Rules below:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
This home has designated parking (a driveway). All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in front of another property. There is an overflow parking area if needed, located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten. Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
No open fires permitted in Massanutten. This is a high wildfire risk area!
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended. Fire pit may not be used during quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.
No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.
Pre-approved dogs are required to be on a leash when outside.
You must clean up after your pets.
All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out.
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property.
Trash should be removed regularly.
Other Important Information
This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids.
Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside.
Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes.
Minimum age to book is 24.

Preventative treatments are performed regularly, and guests can help reduce encounters by keeping food sealed and minimize light exposure at night.
