》Spacious Bedrooms: Mystic Pines features thoughtfully designed bedrooms to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. Each bedroom is equipped with 55 inch led TV - 7 bedrooms + 1 Bonus room w/King bed

- Master Suite & King Bedrooms (5): Enjoy the luxury of a king bed in the master suite, along with four additional bedrooms each featuring a king bed. Together, they provide ample space for restful nights and stunning views. One of the king bedrooms also includes an additional queen bed, perfect for accommodating larger families or groups.

- Queen Bedrooms (2): Two cozy bedrooms with queen beds offer a comfortable retreat. One of these rooms features a charming nook with two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.

- Full Bedroom: A welcoming bedroom with a full bed provides yet another option for sleeping arrangements, ensuring everyone has their own space.

》Exterior Ring Cameras are placed only in the Main front Door entrance doorbell and above Garage door for guests safety and security.

》Exterior Motion Sensing Lights and electrical devices

- Since this property has a large back and side yard, There are motion sensing lights installed for adequate lighting for your safety. Please note these lights do not have a camera or a recording device to ensure your privacy. Cameras are only present in the front exterior of the property for security reason.

- Exterior Electrical fuse indicator light - There is a green light fuse indicator next to a mini split AC exterior unit for the top floor. This light is to indicate electrical device and connections are operating correctly. It may go red in case of any issue. Please note that there is no camera or recording device connected to that light.

》Interior Smart devices - (No interior devices have camera or recording capability)

- Mini Split ACs (MrCool Brand) in game room/speakeasy, Main level King bedroom and theater room are Wifi enabled devices with ability to manage temperature settings remotely

- Kitchen Thermostat is Wifi enabled - Google Home Thermostat device with ability to manage temperature settings remotely

- Small Dreo brand wall heaters provided are wifi enabled with ability to manage temperature settings remotely

- All TVs are smart TVs with apps that guests can log into with their account as desired to watch their favorite channels and shows

》Proximity to Attractions : The house is about a 7 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten, 4 minutes to the spa, and just 2 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 18 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.

》Mystic Pines is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We do require that pets are housebroken, that they not be left alone at the property unless crated, and that they not go on beds or furniture. Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or bed!

Other things to note:

- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee.
- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more..
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair and kid dishes/utensils provided
- Please note that if you would like to send packages to the property, you do so at your own risk. USPS is particularly unreliable. We can not be held responsible for late or undelivered packages. Additionally, we charge $25 for any return services requested, in additional to actual postage.
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
