PARKING!!! This is a downtown location. Parking is metered. Easiest to download the parkmobile app. Zone for Harrisburg is 9122. There are usually plenty of spaces right outside the front door. Parking on N 2nd Street directly in front of the home is metered Monday thru Saturday from 8 am until 7 pm. Parking on State Street (1/2 block from home) is metered 8am-5pm. It is okay to park on the Street overnight (no charge from 7pm til 8 am). Parking is Free on Sundays and holidays. Check the ParkHarrisburg website for more information. The South Street Garage is less than 1 block from the home. NOTE: There are Street Cleaning Days (check signs in front of home.)



This is a fantastic historical home with lots of charm and it is built like a fortress. Even though it is located in the heart of the city it is quite quiet. The hosts have carefully selected many essentials that even the most seasoned world traveler can appreciate from the glassware to the all-season comforters with duvet covers to the bamboo pillows.
