We had an amazing stay! The rental was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we really appreciated. The beach is literally just a few steps away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront escape, this is it!

Great location and wonderful views

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The views of the ocean were wonderful, and we had a great time on the deck each night. The layout of the property was perfect for us as we had a baby with us. The only negative was that there were almost no disposable items that one usually finds in a VRBO (coffee filters, kleenex, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). So bring your own, and you should be good!

Best location!

This property was everything we wanted for our beach stay! It was clean and very spacious for the 9 of us. Plenty of beds and showers. We loved being able to sit out on the front deck in the evenings and see the water. We couldn't have asked for a better location! The best on the island in our opinion! Just steps away from the ocean:) Walking to all the cute shops and eating places was just an easy stroll up a few blocks! We would very highly recommend this property! It was perfection!

Perfect location on the island

This place was beautiful and perfectly placed on the island. Great views and easy walk to the pier and some of the best restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Stayed with family & friends for my daughter's college graduation and an early Christmas celebration. Perfect location. House has wide open spaces and plenty of room for everyone.

The house itself

Easy check in perfect location. My sister's and my 2nd visit and will be returning. Only 2 issues floor s needed a good sweeping and mopping. Animal hair and sandy or dirty floors. No.deck lights at all. Door too old and looks as it's been pried open at the lock too many times. Had a hard time open and closing even with the code. It really need fixing

just about perfect again

location is one of the best at Tybee Island, south beach just across the street. Quiet, well kept. House has all a family needs, kitchen still needs some upkeep, or maintenance. One queen mattress needs to be replaced, but all in all, we enjoyed the house and location so much.

Refreshing and relaxing

The property was above and beyond our expectations. The view was amazing and so close to the beach, literally across the street. Close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location. Amazing views and wonderful property. Spacious accommodations and professionally designed interior. Some age showing in exterior furniture but will definitely revisit.

Awesome memories made!

This house and location/view of the ocean would be the envy of anyone on the Island! My husband and I booked the house for us and our two adult sons and daughter-in-laws and it was incredibly spacious! We enjoyed great weather, beach life and game nights at a large table perfect for the six of us! Upgrades on the showers and fridge would help and a major storm occurred one night with leaky windows. however we would definitely book again!

Great place to stay

The location of this house to the beach is key. It was great with the large group we had to get all our stuff down to the beach. The access to convenient places around us was nice also. Plenty of space and great views.

Worth Every Single Dime!!!

There were eight adults and one 15-month old infant that stayed at this property during our stay. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We had an issue with the refrigerator the day we checked in but as soon as we called, they sent a repairman out to us instantly... and by instantly I mean there was someone there within minutes to take care of us. The property is located in the most convenient area... just steps from the beach. It is walking distance to the large pier and SEVERAL shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here in our future. We would all recommend this property to anyone. It was well worth every cent paid towards our stay.

Excellent location, but.......

I am known as a clean freak, so I am very picky about cleanliness, please keep that in mind. First impressions was the surfaces were clean, but I ran my hand across the counters and they were gritty. My 9 month old granddaughter was with us, we swept the floors and rugs and were shocked the amount of dirt left behind. The dog hair was disgusting(we thought there were no animals allowed. Also, the amount of sand underneath the rugs filled the dustpan. Bathrooms were cleaned but mold was starting to grow in tubs and showers. Positives: Kitchen well stocked Refrigerator spotless Inside stove spotless Ceiling fans spotless (which impressed me) Furniture was in excellent shape-looked new All bedding was spotless Rooms spacious Blinds on windows were very clean which was impressive They do ask to make sure all dishes are clean before you leave which is great in theory but every single dish I took out had food and dirt on it. I had to wash everything over. Overall, parts of this home were spotless, other parts seemed to be ignored. The irony is, it was the parts that were easy to clean-floor, rugs. It confused me why the easy stuff was ignored.

We loved our ocean view and the location. The house was more than perfect. It was clean and cozy. We all had tons of space! We will be staying here next time!

Location, Location, LOCATION

This place was PERFECT! Right on the corner with THE BEST VIEW on the whole beach! Just a little walk to the coffee shop, downtown Tybee for resturants, shopping, or the pier. It felt like a cozy home! 4 bedrooms total, 2 of those rooms had 2 beds in each; one with 2 twin beds, and 1 with 2 full beds. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and six kids. They all fit perfectly! 3 bathrooms were convenient and we stayed in and cooked most nights in the kitchen. Everything was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, relaxing, and wonderful!
