Great Place, Great View. The shower door and blinds needs to be replaced but those are nothing more than a minor inconvenience. My wife and I plan to return in the near future.

I liked the location of this property. Not super busy or touristy. Property was older and showed its age but was still well taken care. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Tybee Island.

Great Facility

Very nice venue. Clean, patio view of ocean, easy access to Tybee venues and a short 20 minute drive to old Savannah's offerings. Truly an area to explore for All.

Great views of ocean

We enjoyed our stay,the unit is older and needs updates but it was very clean and had all we needed.Appreciated having an elevator because of my husband’s health condition.Excellent time and can’t beat location!

Lovely

Perfect spot for our family. The unit was very clean, plenty of linens, the kitchen had everything that qe needed. We enjoyed watching the dauphins every day from the balcony!

1st Visit

This was our 1st time visiting Tybee and will not be our last, the location of the property was perfect! We beaches, pooled, shopped, drank & ate, rented bikes, did a dolphin tour and charted a boat to little Tybee.. we’ll be staying a full week next time! It’s is exactly what we were looking for

Decent little room. Not the worst I’ve stayed in, also not the best in the Racquet Club. Pretty clean! However, the screen door to the balcony was broken but still accessible. Tybee Vacation Rentals called me about this issue prior just to give heads up. No big deal! However, the shower door was also broken and was nearly impossible to get in the shower due to such narrow opening. The blinds in the living room to cover the French doors were broke and missing about 6 panels, causing big gaps in between the blinds. Not cool at night. Overall it was a good little room for a weekend trip, but could definitely use some upkeep. Also to note, if you’re hot natured like me, the thermostat is locked and will not go below 70. Made for some especially hot nights, given it was August.

Clean room and complex. You may want to check the heat we turned it on one night it was 66 in the unit and it didn’t raise the temp it just ran the fan so we turned it off.

Great place 😉

I really love the third floor with the overlooking views. If you have younger children and or older family members that doesn’t like all the waves from the many other locations…this will be a great option. But with the location and cool breeze’s and everything you need to make a home cooked meal you can’t help but to love this place.

Long weekend get-away

The unit was great for a long weekend get away. The bathroom shower did have some mold. The sliding door to the patio area was hard to open and close, but overall the place was okay. We would stay again.

Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Balcony had a great view. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning, drinking coffee, and watching the boats and dolphins. Will definitely be returning.

The best location

We love this location on Tybee! Access to the pool and beach are so convenient. The dolphin spotting is great and there are little waves, great for little kids. Inside we felt at home with plenty of towels and bedding. The pull out couch is a little uncomfortable but we brought a blow up and slept there instead. TV was easy to use and mostly good internet. Thank you for a great stay!

Anniversary getaway

Great location and very nice property. Loved everything about this rental but the bed. Terrible bed and you could tell it was old. Pictures show as it is.

Location is key!!!

Our stay was perfect! I wouldn’t choose a different property! It was a little out dated by nothing major. Could fix the shower door and patio screen, but it’s still mostly functional. We will be back!

We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and all reservation payments are deposited into an audited trust account. We manage the rental process and maintenance of a wide variety of privately owned properties which allows us to pretty much provide something for everyone. At Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals we are committed to operating a vacation rental business that is driven by excellence in both product and service resulting in customer satisfaction from both the owners we represent and the guests we serve while at the same time providing an empowered work environment for our employees.

We are here to serve you 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM, however Sunday hours may vary during the off season. Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM we turn them over to voice mail at 5:00 PM. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days and for some holidays we will close early the day before. We also close early some days to participate in community events such as the Pirate Fest Parade, Beach Bum Parade, etc. Yeah ..... we like to party here at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals!!!
