Great Views Clear Lake Vacation Home

Venga a disfrutar de nuestra casa de vacaciones recién remodelada en el lado sur de Clear Lake Iowa. Esta propiedad tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, área de comedor, cocina completamente equipada, loft con balcón con balcón Hawks-Nest. Los cuartos de los capitanes tienen una cama de espuma de memoria King y los cuartos de la sirena tienen una cama de espuma de memoria de IKEA tamaño queen. Los cuartos de la tripulación son ideales para niños con literas y nido. Loft puede dormir 4 con camas aero y un sofá.

La casa tiene 2 baños y un calentador de agua continuo para un montón de agua caliente.

Para el entretenimiento, tenemos televisión por cable completa, WiFi para toda la casa, así como un

Tenemos un collie en bruto y este tipo de perro arroja una buena cantidad. Si bien hacemos todo lo posible para aspirar el cabello, es imposible obtenerlo todo. Las personas con alergias graves deben ponerse en contacto con nosotros con preguntas.

This was a perfect pet-friendly stay in Clear Lake! The house is even more spacious than the photos show and feels like a vacation on the lake. The location is great for access to the downtown and the state park. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Came here with family. Love the ice cream place is walking distance and the house is within a couple of miles of multiple beaches and playgrounds. Thursday night on main was a nice bonus.

Great Getaway!

This was a great stay for our annual getaway to clear lake. The cabin was everything we needed it to be. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the loft, and the parents enjoyed the ability to find quiet spaces to read.

Weekend by the Lake

Took a quick trip to Clear Lake for a girls weekend. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

Clear Lake weekend

Quick getaway

This was a perfect getaway near the lake for some family time. The place was great for us and the extras we didn't even plan on were awesome. We would definitely come back!

Cute place. Just as advertised on Vrbo! Beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance to Public Access docks. (And we caught our Walleye limit daily) My favorite was the back hang out room, nice and bright, spacious and all windows! Place was super clean, and great communication.

Wonderful place!

We stayed for a family reunion in the area. It was the perfect place! The space had adequate amenities and was in a great location! Jeff was very kind and available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend their home to others and would stay again for a long weekend.

Lake vacation

We stayed here for a brief lake getaway and had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the arcade game! We missed not having a microwave but made do with the toaster oven. Some instructions for tricks to get the oven going would be helpful, we were not able to get it running but overall really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again

Great weekend getaway for families

Everything about the stay was awesome. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with all the necessary items and the location is better than what is in the listing description. The house is very spacious and it was nice to have separate areas for everyone to hang out. We definitely plan to come back. Thanks for being such a great host!

Nostalgic beach house with all the right vibes

Beautiful property with nostalgic vibes - 80s arcade games, kids loft hangout, comfy furniture all around made this house so fun and comfortable- sitting on the back porch enjoying the lake views or watching a movie in the living room this was exactly what we were looking for. Host was easy and laid back and it was clear this has been a cherished family place for them. Thanks for sharing!!

Fabulous!

This lake house is fabulous, it’s very impressive. From the moment you walk in you can see that it is very well cared for and impeccably clean. It is so cute and very accommodating. There are plenty of games and puzzles, cable tv, and a very pretty view of the lake from the back sun room and deck area just to mention a few of the best things. Very impressive, we will definitely go back again!

Expo getaway

Last minute tradeshow to attend and thankfully it was available. It is way more spacious and accommodating than the pictures can show. Already attempted to rebook next spring and no surprise....it is already spoken for. Great property.

Perfect for Family

Everything about our stay was easy. The ease of finding the house, to using the keypad for entry and exit, the quietness of the neighborhood, to the closeness of downtown Clear Lake and Clear Lake State Park and beach. The neighborhood was perfect for walking our dog with low to no traffic streets and idyllic peeks of the lake. The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 with a fun little loft for the kids. Jeff was available for anything we needed and communicated well. We highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

We unfortunately did not have the opportunity to enjoy everything Clear Lake has to offer as we were there for a funeral. However, the accommodations were perfect for us as we had 6 adults and 1 child under 3. The house was stocked with plenty of items to entertain our granddaughter, was in close proximity for nice walks close to the beach and very close to downtown Clear Lake where we met local family for dinner. Our host, Jeff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay a bit longer if we needed to. Jeff responded quickly to any of our needs with prompt responses to our text messages. We plan to visit Clear Lake in the future for some fun and relaxation and hope we can knock on Jeff's door for another stay.

Holiday get away

The Clear Lake cabin/house is our go-to whenever we are in town. There are two separate living areas (perfect for those of us with children) we are always greeted with snacks and the kids love the video game machine! Separate loft area is perfect for teens to hide away. The town is wonderful, we love the half moon steak house. Our only “problem” now is convincing Jeff to let us rent on the summer!! This was our third trip There and we WILL be back next year. What a fantastic weekend

Nice spacious stay!

Stayed with parents, daughter and granddaughter (5 of us total). This place is so charming clean and fun! Plenty of room for lots more people and super close to both beaches! Abundant household supplies and amenities plus friendly surroundings that feel just like home. Nice neighborhood. Room to spread out and also gather. Outstanding view. 2 bathrooms were so convenient. Will definitely be back and would recommend for any fun group. Well worth the very reasonable price! Thanks Jeff and Kristy!

We live in Des Moines, Iowa on a permanent basis but love to be in Clear Lake as much as we can.

We purchased this home as a family get away and vacation spot. Clear Lake is one of Iowa's Great Lakes and provides great recreation year round. The Surf Ballroom is of historic significance as well as it was where Buddy Holly had his last performance before his tragic plane accident. Clear Lake as a community does a great job of having activities planned for almost all weekends. Clear Lake has something to offer in all seasons. Winter is made for ice fishing and the Kite Festival. Spring brings early season walleye fishing and boating as well. We don't usually rent the home out in the summer but Clear Lake is magical in the summer and the 4th of July is a highlight that everyone should experience at least once. Fall is our favorite time as it is a little slower on the lake but still fantastic.

What we love about our home is the ability to have a large group of people yet be able to shut off portions of the house to cut down on noise or to varying sleeping habits. The four parking spots also is ideal for when we have multiple families staying with us. It truly is a "play" house built for fun.
