I loved this condo! The porch looked over the canal so you could watch boats come in and out. If you had a boat you could even dock there which I thought was nice. Chris and Dawn did a great job on communicating with me. I would stay there again without hesitation.

A Birder's Retreat

This was my third annual stay at the condo. It is perfectly located for the birder who loves the challenge of photographing spring warblers at the peak of their migration. I'll be back next May!

C&D are great!

Chris and Dawn were very easy to work with. Their condo was very clean and well stocked. We were surprised at all the cereals, coffees, teas, paper goods, toiletries, etc. that were stocked there. We loved the screened in porch! The dock right outside where I tied my boat up was very convenient.

Relaxing Kayaking Trip

My wife and I had a great mini vacation at Chris and Dawn’s condo. Their place is near many good water access launching points. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice screened porch. Thank you for accommodating us!

Great Getaway!

This condo is perfectly situated for birding at Magee Marsh and other local birding hotspots. They have thought of everything for your getaway. They furnish just about everything you will need including laundry detergent. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The screened in balcony is nice to sit on in the morning or evening. The view of the sunset is beautiful. I’ll be back again next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

eclips watching at Oak Harbor

The condo is in excellent condition, clean, and with all neccesary equipment and luxury. A nice balcony has a splendid view over the harbor and shows a lovely sunset, that is when the wheather allows it.... Recommended!

Sister getaway

My sister & I are both over 60, wanted a getaway with places nearby to get to without a lot of driving. Rest-A-While was the perfect place! We traveled to 3 different towns where we found great places to eat, beautiful sights on Lake Erie and a Light House in each area! The condo was on a beautiful water canal with beautiful views of boats and yachts, ducks & geese, and sun sets! We will be back!!

Stay on lake Erie

Nice condo for two people. Many details are paid attention to. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Loved the specialty teas! We were not which sure which side of the dock was ours, and we weren't sure at first which condo was ours. The condo numbers are inside the storm door, which were hard to see. We would definitely stay there again. Appreciated the awesome communication from the condo owners!

Green Cove Condo

We loved absolutely everything about this property! The location was great. Loved that the balcony was screened in so we could enjoy watching the boats and birds bug free! Extremely clean, comfy furniture, cute decor , great amenities! Very reasonably priced for the area. Can not find a negative thing to say about this place! I had a question for Chris and Dawn and they responded immediately. We highly recommend this condo!

Very nice Condo

This was our first stay in this Condo. Very nice set up. We have stayed in Green Cove many times in a couple of condos but is at the top of the list now!! Super easy to contact the owners and they are extremely fast in responding. When come back next year we will be checking to see if is available

Green Cove Condo

Nice small condo and renovated. 2 Dbl. beds were very comfortable. Liked having a screened balcony because of the mayflies!. If you don't use stairs this one is not for you but other than bird droppings and mayflies on the stairwell it was great. We visited family and attended a wedding while there. Friendly host..

Fishing trip

Exactly as described. You won't find a better place and everything you need is there, just bring clothes and fishing gear. Chris is very detailed and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for 3 of us on a fishing trip and there is a fish cleaning station right across the street. It has it's own dock included in the price with trailer storage and ramp access for a very minimal fee. Accommodations are excellent.

Great place to stay

The home was very clean. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need. It was centrally located to all the birding activities I attended during the Biggest Birding Week. I will go back next year.

Excellent experience

Dawn and Chris made sure their home felt just like our home. We didn't have to worry about anything, but having fun and relaxing. We loved watching (and listening to) the boats come and go, and having a dock right outside the door was amazing! Too bad we don't have a boat 😏. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
