The overall cleanliness was good, the space was sufficient. However, this place needs some TLC. The cabinet door was hanging off, my husband fixed it. The kitchen is not stocked well at all. The pots are all nonstick with so many scratches - very toxic. So we used the 1 stainless steel pans to cook everything. There is minimal utensils and plates. 3 cereal bowls for 4 people and 3 dinner plates. Kind of upsetting when you’re paying 400/night. There were no filters for the coffee pot so we had to run out and get those. I just think a little TLC and a trip to Homegoods could make the guests feel more at home and appreciated. The house is not waterfront. There is a house in front of it and you have to walk through that years to get down to the steep stairs to the water. The dock wasn’t attached yet, which was understandable for our April stay, but definitely no place to really relax in front of the water.
