This recently renovated cottage is located on 60' of lake frontage on Otisco Lake. Enjoy everything lakefront living has to offer in a cute little package! The cottage is on a rare flat lot! There is easy access to the water from the sloping beach to take out the kayaks provided. Take in the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the backyard by the fire! The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 minutes from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Otisco Lake is great for the avid fisherman. It is especially good for walleye, trout and tiger musky fishing, while bass and panfish are also abundant. Whether you prefer fishing, tubing, jet skiing or just a casual ride on the water, Otisco lake offers it all. Come with your personal watercraft or rent one from one of the local marinas and dock right outside the backdoor at the personal dock (available May - September).

The space is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation for a small family. It has been recently renovated with brand new hickory cabinets, vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood trim. There is a large leather sofa and oversized chair to relax after a day of fun in the sun as well as a separate living space with full views of the lake. The open floor plan allows views of the lake and sunset from virtually every angle.

There are a variety of books and games to pass the time on a rainy day as well as 2 smart TVs where you can access your favorite apps with your personal sign on information. There is also a designated workspace in the bedroom to set up your laptop and catch up on emails or take a conference call with privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils as well as a spice rack. There is also an instant pot, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

There is a queen bed in the bedroom with large drawers underneath for plenty of storage as well as a loft with two twin mattresses accessible by ladder. Guests using the loft need to be able to navigate a ladder.

Although a lake front home is thought of as a summer destination, this cottage is the perfect getaway year-round. Enjoy the fall foliage, apple orchards, local wine tours, great hiking, downhill skiing, quaint villages and so much more all year through!

You will have full access to the entire cottage. There is a locked shed outside that we keep lawn equipment and some personal belongings in. Everything else is for your use!

We do live a few hours away, however, I am available by cell anytime you need. The front door has a wifi enabled keypad and we have cameras at the front and back doors with two way voice communication to help with anything that may come up.

The cottage is set on a small private road off of Otisco Valley Road. It is a quarter mile from a local convenience store and a marina where you can dock your boat or rent one for the day!
