Unwind at this peaceful 2BR/2BA retreat on 6 private acres near the Texas coast. Built in 2020 with 1,400 sq ft, full kitchen, washer/dryer, full queen blow up and picnic tables. Room for boats—hunters and fishermen welcome! Walk to local bars and restaurants. Just 3 miles to Conn Brown Harbor, 15 min to Port Aransas & Corpus, 8 miles to Rockport Beach. Relax, grill, stargaze, or launch your next adventure. Bring your boat, bring your gear, and make yourself at home!
The space
Set on over 6 acres of beautiful land, perfect for exploring and relaxing with picnic tables located toward the back of the property. Inside, you'll find a master bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds that shares a bathroom with the main living area. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining room ideal for entertaining. The cozy living room offers additional sleeping space for two guests, and there's also a blow-up mattress available in the twin bedroom, making this an inviting and versatile space for families or groups.
Note: We’re on well water — safe for showers and cleaning, but we recommend drinking bottled water for drinking.
