Beautiful, quiet lakefront property at Lake of the Woods, Virginia

Beautiful immaculate 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, with plenty of bunkbeds for the kiddos, on the small lake at Lake of the Woods, Virginia. An easy 90 minute (or less) drive from DC/Nova/Richmond, the small lake, or "fishing lake" doesn't have any jetskis or loud motorboats, but it's a quiet, peaceful retreat with paddleboards, kayaks, and inner tubes galore for the whole crew. Complete with a hot tub, ping pong/pool table, corn hole, disc golf, arcade, Wii, and other games (both indoor and outdoor), There's something for everyone at Charlie and Erin's happy place! Relax on the huge deck or one of the two large patios, one right by the water. Feed the turtles and the ducks (but not the geese please....they make a mess), and watch our resident blue heron fly by. We have a wood burning fireplace for the cooler months. Take a trip to the main Clubhouse on site and have a wonderful meal on the deck overlooking the big lake, or meet new friends at the bar. There are also multiple beaches on the big lake, just minutes from the house, if you're feeling a bit more raucous. Lake of the woods is 15 miles from both Fredericksburg and Culpeper, has a Food Lion and several restaurants right outside the Main Gate, so you feel like you're way out in the country, but really you're only 7 minutes from "civilization". It's truly a great spot and Erin and I will make sure you and your crew have a great time.
