Cozy 2-bedroom condo in lovely Long Beach with AC
Just one block to the beach and trail for jogging, walking, and skating, this centrally located condo allows you to enjoy all that Long Beach has to offer.
Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens, and plush bathrobes when you get out of your luxurious shower.
We can host your whole family with baby amenities, beach toys, board games, and all the streaming platforms.
The space
Feel the cool ocean breeze! Located on the first floor, you will be greeted with beach vibes and serene blue hues throughout the property. In this bright and airy unit, you will feel on vacation the moment you walk in.
With two spacious bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two twins + trundles), there is room for the whole family.
The bathroom was recently updated and features Bluetooth speaker so you can sing in the shower, rain showerhead after a day at the beach and cozy bathrobe when you get out.
A spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances so you can cook your favorite meal. Or head out for dinner to Belmont Shores.
The home has everything you need:
- High-speed wifi
- Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and Amazon Prime
- Keurig for that morning cup of coffee
- Hair dryer and straightener
- Home linens and beach towels
- Extra blankets, pillows, throws
- Onsite laundry room (Laundry facilities are only accessible for guests staying one week or longer. Please no sandy items in the laundry room.)
- Lots of closet space and storage
We also have you all set up to go to the beach:
- beach bag with cooler compartment
- XL beach towels
- beach chairs
- beach umbrella
- beach toys
*please note that the closest beach access involves descending a steep set of stairs, there is accessible beach access north of the property near the beach parking lot*
*please also note that parking becomes tricky after 5pm, we recommend using ride shares or renting an electric bike / scooter after 5pm*
Guest access
Self-check-in. You will be provided with a code to check-in.
You will have access to the entire unit and any common areas (including laundry facilities). However, we ask that you not congregate in the building's courtyard, out of consideration for other tenants.
You can double park while unloading your luggage.
Other things to note
Street parking is free but difficult to find outside of business hours (nights and weekends). We recommend walking, biking, and rideshares whenever possible. Be mindful not to park on street cleaning days/times.
If you are getting in late and cannot find parking, you may resort to paid parking at this location (a 15-minute walk away). They offer a night rate of $4 (in after 5pm, out by 7am):
