7bed.7bath Classic House with separate pool house and heated saltwater pool on Davids Lane in East Hampton Village SOH close to village beaches, Jitney and shopping
The space
LOCATION SOUTH OF HIGHWAY & VILLAGE! minutes to Jitney,shopping, or Beach
Classic1930s House masterfully renovated with high-speed Wifi , multi CAC and Sonos systems, automated gate system
The bright Kitchen has an 11 foot island and wolf/subzero appliances with an adjoining Dining room. Off the kitchen is an outdoor Dining Gazebo and Lynx BBQ.
There are 7 bedrooms- 2 Primary bedroom suites with King beds on Ground and 2nd floor, with 5 additional guest bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ( 1 room with 2 Double beds, 3 with Queen, and 1 with King) Maximum of 12 guests allowed. A new home office/or queen guest room is located in the new wing near Primary bedroom on 2nd floor.
The Living/Den room has a 65" Sony oled TV, fireplace and wetbar nook, the Great Room opens to porches great for entertaining and beyond to the heated gunite saltwater pool.
The lower level has a media area with TV Killerspin pingpong table, home gym with weights and rowing machine, laundry room, and outdoor sunken patio with an in-wall shower -which can also be accessed from an external staircase .
The Poolhouse in the back corner of property has a kitchenette , powder room, a large sitting area with cyclical trainer and TV, covered bluestone furnished patio, and an outdoor shower.
Property has 1 Car attached garage.
Ideal very private property centrally located with various patios and covered porches, beautiful flower gardens and lush mature landscaping.
