*This newly renovated Wainscott retreat features 3,900 sq ft of living space on a beautiful and quiet, dead-end street. Outside, enjoy 0.80 acres of a private sanctuary that is perfect for unwinding. Bike to the beach or take a short drive to one of the nearby towns - this location is in the middle of it all!

*5 minutes to Bridgehampton
*9 minutes to East Hampton
*11 minutes to Sag Harbor
*25 minutes to Montauk
*10 minute bike ride to some of the most beautiful ocean beaches on the east end

*Located around the corner from Wolffer Estate Vineyards, Goldberg's bagels, Levain Bakery, Barry's Bootcamp, and much, much more

*This classic Hamptons home features stunning living spaces with cathedral ceilings and multiple access points to the beautiful backyard. The first floor features a grand living room with 22 foot ceilings, a formal dining room with seating for 12 and wet bar, an expansive media room as well as a double height, eat-in kitchen that leads directly outside to a large flagstone patio with outdoor dining, a 20 x 40 foot heated pool, and plenty of yard space.

*Five large bedrooms include three king sized beds, one queen, one full sized sleeper sofa and two twins.

*Home is equipped with the fastest available WiFi and has a work-from-home space set up with two 23.5 inch monitors and a printer that is available for use.

*Equipped for small children: crib, bassinet, pack and play, high chair and play mat are available upon request

*Home includes use of all cooking utensils, serving dishes, linens, beach towels, grill, two flat screen TVs with expanded cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, two ovens, four bikes and more.

*Owners are very responsive and are available 7 days per week to respond to inquiries.

We had a great time at this gorgeous home. The house was immaculate, beautiful and very spacious with multiple sitting areas and a large updated kitchen. Great location and a peaceful outdoor area with a generous size pool.I would highly recommend this rental property.

This is the best property I have ever rented. The interior of this house is out of Architectural Digest. Unlike many rental properties, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could want to host the hamptons dinner of your dreams. The pool and back yard area are so manicured and perfect, we truly felt like we were in a movie. The hosts were so accommodating, friendly and available - it felt like we were staying with family. I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else in the Hamptons. This place is heaven.

Spectacular Stay!

We had an awesome experience at this home. The decor is a dream, everything was clean to the 9s and the backyard is incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, and the house is located in such a great location. So close to all of the Hampton towns, bars restaurants and vineyards. A great getaway for friends and family!

A wonderful stay that we didn't want to end!!

Gorgeous renovated home in the perfect location!! Everything about our experience with this property was seamless and wonderful. Our hosts Mike & Lauren were incredibly accommodating from the onset. The home + grounds were very clean and beautifully renovated. Mike & Lauren were very detailed and easy to communicate with prior to, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend this property 10/10!!

Wonderful vacation home!

We had such a great time at this property. The owner was extremely responsive and communicative (he texted a few times during our stay to ensure all was good...and it was!). The house was a perfect fit for our family of five but could have fit at least 3-4 more easily. Minutes from the beach and to shopping / eating (Short drive to Bidgehampton, East Hampton and easy to Montauk). Very clean and set up for easy checkin in and use. Loved the pool and the sizable yard. Great living room to relax with everyone. This place has it all!

70th birthday celebration

The house was perfect for us. We had three tall men 6'8", 6'6, and 6'5" so the high ceilings were needed. The home was airy and fresh. We really liked the separate sitting areas and the large kitchen. The wet bar also had a nice sitting area for cocktails. It was better than the photos and the location was a short ride to the beach. The heated pool was lovely as was the dining area on the porch. We even tried Padel that was located near the airport. The home owner was very accommodating and I found it very easy to communicate with him. He had also recommended a chef for my birthday dinner which was fabulous. My family suggested we do this every year. What a great idea! We all would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Summer Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation at this beautiful home in Wainscott. The location is great, very central and close to many beautiful beaches and several towns. The home itself is spacious and very well-kept, and accommodated our group of 6 with room to spare. The owners are very accessible, they provided every amenity we could need and were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations etc. We highly recommend this home, and look forward to when we are able to return. Thank you, Mike and Lauren, for everything you did to make our vacation so enjoyable!

A Great Summer Getaway

Staying at this house was the highlight of our summer. It is a beautiful home in a great location. Every amenity is taken cared of. Kitchen is well stocked. Each room is well appointed and comfortable. E. Hampton and Bridgehampton are not far and its minutes to the beach. You can't ask for more hospitable hosts than Mike and Lauren. They are caring, attentive and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing house and location!

We all had the best time. We filled the house with 12 people. The photos are exactly what the house looks like but it is even better. Michael and his wife are just wonderful hosts as well. They were so helpful with restaurants, things to do etc... We will definitely be back! It was just a magical and memorable week!

Beautiful Week

The house was beautiful and so well equipped for our family vacation! Definitively big enough for two families to hang out, play and relax. Also very close to East Hampton and Sag Harbor so everything was convenient. Mike and Lauren were easy to reach, although we didn’t message during our stay because the house had everything we needed.

Great house, great host

Superlative in every way. The house is pristine and spacious. The grounds are wonderful. Bikes and helmets were high quality. The kitchen is big, and excellently supplied with everything you could need, the dining room is huge. Michael is a fabulous host -- responsive, attentive and so very nice. We've rented many houses over the years in this price range -- this was the best by far.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

This house is perfect for a Hamptons getaway. The house is great with large rooms and plenty of space. All the conveniences of home were right at our fingertips and the owner did a wonderful job of getting all the information we needed about the house and the area prior to arrival. We experienced no problems with the house during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

From check in to check out our stay was amazing and seamless! Mike and Lauren emailed ahead of time with Information about the house and a ton of local recommendations. I can not stress enough how beautiful and spacious this house is. We were 10 adults and had plenty of room, beds were so comfortable I emailed the owner after asking what brand of sheets they use! (Like sleeping on a cloud). There are two living rooms, one rather large and the other huge. Highly recommend for any group. All three vineyards are so close, dinner spots as well and ubers were easy to find/pick up. Couldn’t be more thankful for Mike and Lauren to share their house with us!

The Best Experience!

We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was just perfect for us. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive which made the entire process stress-free. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The house itself was large and we never felt a lack of space for a group our size. Everything in the house worked well including wifi and Verizon cell service! The pool isn't heated, however, it gets plenty of sunlight so it didn't bother anyone. We had the best time and hope to be back!
