Hi Hamlet, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. The homeowner would like to share the following: - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival and have addressed your concerns regarding cleanliness with them so that this will not impact future guests. - We were not aware of trash bags in the garden shed and will investigate this immediately. - The grill works well and may have been out of propane at the time. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The listing has already been updated to reflect the proper available parking. - The master closet stores home supplies along with a dog bed and crate for guest use.- We recently completed a deep clean, and our team will recheck drawers, shelves, and the garage area to ensure everything is tidy and guest-ready.- While construction nearby is out of our control, we’ll make sure future travelers are aware so they can plan accordingly.We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve for future guests!

There is a pre-stay document provided with photos that show all steps for using gas fireplace, among other things, to make your stay simpler. During your stay, my Louisville home burned down in the fires, so I was distracted. I did not see any texts or voicemails from that time, and apologize for your experience.
