Disfrute de un alojamiento sereno en una atmósfera elegante en este maravilloso enclave, convenientemente situado en una de las mejores zonas residenciales de Benidorm, a tan sólo 5 minutos de cuatro campos de Golf (Villaitana Levante y Poniente, Sierra Cortina y las Rejas), así como de los centros de ocio Terra Mítica y Terra Natura, su ubicación también nos permite disfrutar de lugares con encanto como Altea, playa del Albir y Guadalest
Disfrute de un verdadero hogar en esta fantástica villa, un concepto único en su estilo y hospitalidad.
Es un alojamiento de estilo contemporáneo y atención al detalle, ofreciendo una excelente relación calidad-precio. Es un refugio ideal para el descanso y el relax para todos los visitantes a esta fascinante ciudad, tanto para vacaciones como para negocios. O escapadas de fin de semana. We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was the perfect venue. It looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Francisco couldn’t have been a better host - excellent communication from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket. He was always on hand if we had any queries during the stay, including booking any taxis we got. He was so attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is just exactly what our group needed , peaceful, clean and had everything that we needed plus so much more , if your looking for a close place to benidorm but a bit of oasis just enough away to chill , BOOK HERE , you found it allready , the host could not do enough to help us , went well above and beyond

This was an ideal villa to say in for a group of people.There was 10 ladies and we had a fab time!Pool was fab too!It is about 10 minutes to the centre of Benidorm in a cab. Francisco the owner was truly lovely and couldn’t do enough if you needed anything!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Wow what a lovely place and hosts!!!

We went for a short weekend with friends the whole trip was fantastic. The villa is lovely with all mod cons and well maintained. We arrived the hosts where waiting for us showed us around advised how close by the Aldi was ( about 10’minutes on foot) he main nightlife area is about 45 minutes walk downhill from the villa with a few bars on the way it made for pleaseant walk down however 10 euros taxi back which was fine. We had a lovely time and will be back

Relaxing stay

This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers. We all love this place and highly recommend it.

Had a great short stay 4 nights at the villa. Francisco was amazing, he picked us up and took us shopping. He ordered us taxis, as my phone was not working. His daughter took us to the airport on our return. Perfect host.

I booked this villa for my 50 th birthday with 6 friends. It was totally amazing. The house is so spacious. So beautifully done out. The kitchen area out in the garden was perfect for us. Spent most of our time in there until early hours too. The owner who lives upstairs was so brilliant. He was amazing all through the booking process. But when we was there he was so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. I would highly recommend this holiday home to any one. If I could give it more stars I would

Perfect stay

Had another delightful stay at this beautiful place. Stayed for long weekend with a group of friends for our second visit here. Francisco is a considerate and efficient host, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and Francisco kindly did shopping for us so we had refreshments on arrival, picked us up from airport and also took us to the supermarket the next to complete our shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and outdoor kitchen are wonderful to relax in and just enjoy the gorgeous weather. We had a brilliant time and certainly plan to come back again soon. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and it’s about €13 for a taxi into Benidorm. Thanks again to our gracious hosts for all their assistance.

Birthday week with friends

Very friendly and chilled host. Only time he made himself known was when we needed him for something. The hot water ran out (because most Spanish properties are on gas bottles) and it was back on with in 5 minutes of us telling him. Leant us some golf balls for our golf trip to avoid paying high prices at the club shop. Ordered us taxis when needed. Great week in a great villa, just wish it was warm enough to use the beautiful pool! Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Francisco!

Wow fantastic

Just had a fantastic week in this lovely villa with 3 friends. Francisco was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble, his lovely daughter picked us up from the airport, took us back to the villa, unloaded the luggage and then took us food shopping! After showing us around our amazing home for the next week Francisco then told us to call him if we needed taxis as he would book them for us which helped as we do not speak any Spanish. The villa itself is very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside space was awesome! We loved having the private pool with comfortable sun loungers and even air beds for us all for the pool. The outdoor open kitchen area was the most used area it was great for our evening meals and pre drinks b4 we ventured out. I really can’t find one negative thing to say about our stay with Francisco and his beautiful villa, except we didn’t stay long enough! We will definitely be booking again and can’t wait to return. Thank you Francisco and your lovely family for having us, we had a fantastic holiday. See you all soon. 💕 From Lisa and the belles🤣

Amazing Villa, perfect location and fantastic friendly owners.

Just returned home from a 3 night stay in this beautiful Villa. We were there as a family of 6 for my mams 60th. The villa is absolutely beautiful huge rooms, lovely and clean with a lovely big pool. Outside kitchen is brilliant. Francisco and his daughter picked us from the airport and took us back which was so much easier than taxis. When we arrived at the Villa my Mam was given a bottle of champagne and some lovely chocolates for her birthday, there was even beautiful flowers in the ice for the ice bucket. What a lovely gesture and it made my mam feel so special. We walked into Benidorm and too the beach, it’s an easy walk and took about 40 mins. However, a taxi in to town takes 5 mins and is only 10 Euro. Aldi is a 5 min walk away, again Francisco went above and beyond and took us for our shopping on our first day. There’s a few restaurants close by, would highly recommend the Bamboo libra Chinese buffet, food is amazing it’s not like a normal buffet you order as many dishes as you like from the menu and it’s cooked fresh, oh and all alcohol is free for 13 Euro pp and it’s only a 10 minute walk away. The area the Villa is in feels very safe and welcoming. If your looking at this Villa and thinking of booking do it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Francisco for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Nice Villa in Quiet Surroundings

Villa was of good quality with a very friendly owner. Layout can be split into 2 areas if desired with a self contained master bedroom and ensuite that opens into the rest of the house which contains a large day room with kitchen, livingroom with then feeds 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin which could be pushed together to make another double and a bathroom. Property has 2 bathrooms, both with excellent showers. The villa excels at being able to relax during the day with a lovely pool that is toddler safe with a walk in shallow end going all the way to 6feet at the deep end - the pool was of a large size for a villa and maintained by the owner in excellent condition. It also features an outside kitchen which is great for relaxing in the evening and having some pre drinks and food! We all said we glad we booked the villa rather than being in the centre of town. There are couches in each room that are also as comfy as beds. Wifi in the Villa is good and we had no issues with it. It costs about €12-14 for a taxi into the centre of town (10mins) and the nightlife in the centre is very much full on! Near the villa there is also local shops, restaurants and bars and a KFC within walking distance. If you book it you will have a great week however due to its lovely residential location no loud music would be appropriate or tolerated post midnight (there is also a note in the welcome book as such). Fransico the owner was very good and made us feel welcome but also left us alone to enjoy our week! We would all go back so that says it all.

Fantastic Holiday in a Stunning Private Villa

My partner and I booked this villa for 3 weeks in may, the house is a very large villa that has been tastefully converted into two seperate very private large apartments we were both blown away and more than happy with its fantastic location and the helpfulness of the owners Paco and his beautiful wife Ampi who on arrival showed us to our part of the building which consisted of three large spacious beautifully furnished suites all with large comfortable beds, new bedding pillows etc and gorgeous sofas and flat screen tv's all of which open out onto the stunning large pool and garden area that has beautifull grass palms roses and bourganvillia sunbathing and eating ereas. after reading the last review we are a little confused to say the least because the fact that the owners live upstairs in their own separate apartment did not encroach on our privacy what so ever as all of the upper floor shutters and windows are closed whilst the lower is occupied ! i've come to the conclusion that you just cant please everyone ! if anything, Having them there when and if we needed somthing was quite nice. The property has been converted to such a high standard that you do not hear them atall and they have their own seperate entrance so if you do not want to see them you do not have too, i personally liked it. they are truly a genuine friendly warm and very open minded couple and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted ! once settled in we were left to enjoy our holiday in total privacy without intrusions or interruptions. the house itself is just simply stunning, the beautiful stone floors airy light drapes furnishings and bathrooms were all gorgeous and the antique Grand piano in the main lounge/dinning room was a bonus if you happen to play. there is another gorgeous snug/lounge for chilling, reading or checking your emails in the cool shade away from the heat of the garden which is south facing and has the sun on it all day. There is an amazing outdoor totally coverd kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge freezer gas cooker microwave kettle etc and feature stone sink and a purpose built large barbecue which we used most evenings and enjoyed imensely ! picking bananas from the trees in the garden was fun too. beautiful morrocan lamps and candles throughout the house and garden contributed to the feeling of elegance and created a lovely ambiance, we recomend this property to everyone and look forward to returningagain later this year

Escapada de Navidad

En general muy bien, habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas, detalles de diseño muy bonitos, bien ubicado si se tiene coche, propietarios atentos y facilitadores. La zona exterior muy bonita con área de barbacoa techada. La barbacoa es amplia, aunque el tiraje del humo no funciona bien. El interior es muy cómodo y bien calefaccionado para el invierno, se siente bastante húmedo, especialmente en los dos baños.

Estancia fantástica

La casa es genial para ir con niños. Apartamento ubicado en una planta con salidas directas a la piscina. La piscina es muy grande y tiene entrada tipo playa, muy buena para los niños.
