Esta lujosa villa privada se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro de la ciudad de Albir y cerca de Altea y Benidorm. Villa es hermosa, recién renovada y es de alto nivel y decorada con buen gusto con todas las comodidades. Muchas terrazas y patios soleados que dan a direcciones diferentes con impresionantes vistas al Puig Campana, Sierra Gelada y Sierra Bernia, a los propios jardines atractivos y a la piscina privada.

Esta villa cuenta con sala de estar espaciosa y elegante, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con duchas y bañera elegante para 2 personas, cocina y lavadero completamente nuevos, modernos y bien equipados, todo recién renovado. Un gran patio delantero con piscina privada.

También hay un encantador patio con jardines privados: adelfas, hibiscos, buganvillas, cítricos y muchos tipos de palmeras, cactus, suculentas y más.
Una de las terrazas tiene una cocina de verano con una agradable zona de barbacoa y comedor donde se puede disfrutar de una cena y una hermosa puesta de sol sobre las montañas y los valles de la zona.

La Villa está totalmente equipada: una gran Smart TV 3D y canales de TV internacionales, internet, Wi-Fi gratis, reproductor de blue-ray, estéreo, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, nevera-congelador, aire acondicionado / calefacción en cada habitación.

El patio de la villa es hermoso y bien mantenido, completamente cercado y muy privado. Cochera privada cubierta incluida.

La villa se encuentra en una de las zonas más prestigiosas de Albir. La playa y el centro de Albir están a solo 900 metros a una corta distancia a pie, y a solo 3 minutos en automóvil que ofrece una amplia gama de servicios, supermercados, bancos, restaurantes y cafeterías para todos los gustos. The villa was perfect and we will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Lovely quiet area and just a 20 minute stroll to shops/restaurants and bars. Albir has some lovely restaurants and very reasonably priced too. Beautiful pool and well kept gardens. Lots of seating areas to make the most of the sunshine. Great BBQ area as well.A truly lovely villa!

Fantastic property, area is great, made for a great holiday. Amazing place. The only small issues, beds could be updated and better, the walk up the hill could be an issue to some.

The villa is beautiful, so much nicer than the photos. The outside area is very large and the ideal place to relax. The views from the terrace overlooking the pool are unbelievable. I’ve never seen sunsets like it. The villa is in an ideal spot, close to great restraunts and bars. The area is very upmarket and great for families and couples. It’s definitely not a rowdy hen stag soo type of place. We will definitely return the the villa

Superb Villa!

This villa is absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished and in a very quite location. The pool area is perfect and the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We will return at some point in the future.

Amazing

We had an amazing week at this beautiful villa, we wish we had booked longer. Very well equipped and felt like home from the minute we walked through the door. The pool was amazing as were all of the gardens. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa fantastic views but would highly recommend hiring a car as the hill to the house can be quite challenging

Great family getaway

Wonderful villa. Huge outdoor space. The pool was amazing, as was the BBQ area and the wonderful mountain views. Up a hill so escooters/ bikes/ cars useful to hire though we walked most of the time. Safe enclosed garden, felt very secure. Wasn’t aware of the 75€ late check in fee or the 100 kWh ceiling before charges but this won’t deter us from returning. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

top quality

excellent, higher (quality) end of the villa market and all needs catered for in this well equipped property located in a cul-de-sac respectable area of El Albir with beautiful elevated views of the mountains from the lounge/kitchen. Pool well maintained and all accessories provided. Seating for outdoor relaxing on all locations of the grounds a nice touch. If you want to treat yourself then go for it. It's a 20 mins walk (downhill to the beach) and 25 back (uphill) though. Late check-in fee of 50 euros (check the small print - after 8pm and before midnight) a little tight given the price of the villa. Overall though superb villa and well worth booking - enjoyed the experience.

Great allround villa

The villa was great, clean and as listed. The check in was ok (extra 50 euro for checking in at 10.30pm) the people looking after you while there were great answering any questions right away by txt and also went out of their way to return my drone which was brillant of them The pool area was amazing and very private and got the sun most of the day and the gardens and outside cooking was very good also All in all an excellent villa to stay in would definitely book again

Excellent Villa, great location.

Beautiful Villa with spacious well maintained gardens, pool and external eating areas. Internal spaces were immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. Kitchen was high spec and had everything you could ask for.Check in was a breeze and we were met at the Villa where all the important details to assist a trouble free stay were covered top to bottom. Communication with the Property Managers was a pleasure and they a) answered any queries very quickly and b) responded very quickly to any requests. Highly recommended and we hope to return this year.

Nice to be back in this lovely Villa

It is so nice to be back in this lovely villa. We had a fantastic week here once again, and have enjoyed wonderful Albir and Altea. The weather has been amazing, and the kids have been more in the pool than outside of it. Lots of Happy memories; thank you so much!

Certainly one of the nicest Villa in Albir - Altea

We have enjoyed two fabulous weeks at the Casa Alegria . The accommodation is very comfortable with plenty of space . The pool is one of the best with lovely garden area and interesting plants etc. We love Albir and Altea and have been visiting for 20 years and this villa is certainly one of the nicest.

Great start towards the Sunny summer

Our family stayed in this beautiful villa in early June, which is maybe the best time of the year in the area and also a great kick-off for the summertime. The Villa was spacious, and very clean and tastefully furnished; very modern but traditional same time. Rooms were very spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Everywhere easy and comfortable, including two outdoor dining tables, barbecue area, sun beds, and chairs on one of the terraces looking the sunny pool area. Wonderful views to the mountains and the city in the evening. Garden area is also a great place to relax, have a cup of coffee and read good book during the hottest time of day. Before the nordic midsommer fest, we will definitely come back again to begin our summer 2017 in Albir!

Sunny winter break in Albir

So lovely paradise in sunny Albir. We came here for a short break from the cold northern Italy, with my parents and our 9 years old daughter. The time has gone so fast and we have left the sunny hours mostly outside in Albir and Altea, and also at this beautiful villa. We recommend the house to others: it is clean and tastefully decorated and very cosy. My daughter loved to watch the videos from the video library and my mom enjoyed her espresso outside in the garden as she always do at home in Italy. Karting and trekking outside in the nature was my husbands and my fathers top hobbies, in addition to the good restaurants of course. Thanks to the owners!

Hot and sunny days in lovely Casa Alegria

We were with my grandchildren in this lovely villa in Albir for one wonderful week in May. Kids were so happy to have a week break from school especially because the weather was this time hot like in summer, and the pool water was also warm. The kitchen and barbecue are were used a lot until late evenings and we really enjoyed having lunch always in many of Albir restaurants and ice cream bars. Our local frend took us to eat Tapas in wonderful old town of Benidorm and we all will remember it for sure because the tapas were so good! The week went too fast and we all want back as soon as possible. The Villa with its lovely garden, sweet and tasty Nisperos fruits and of course private pool area are suberb!
