The communication with the hosting company was great. The location in relation to the ski “resort” was great (4 min walk up hill). The actual home is what we struggled with. The a/c is made up of mini split units where all of them have to be on at once to work (all fronts or all backs) - once we got it figured out it was fine. The dishwasher is on a switch. The TV and lights in the rooms are on switches. There are just so many nuances to making things run which I really feel like should be simplified. The hallway entry light didn’t turn on. The top of the bunk bed was intentionally not made per the company and no sheets were left for it (they brought some over the next day) and it was truly inconvenient. The kitchen counters were painted and felt sticky because of the paint - there were also a lot of areas where the paint was scratched off. The beds/pillows were super comfortable. The views were beautiful too. They had tons of games available and a pretty decently stocked kitchen (no spices, bring your own). Having a washer/dryer was great too! We felt safe.
