Admiral's Club ofrece un entorno exclusivo para unas excelentes vacaciones familiares tanto dentro como fuera. Es muy espacioso y ofrece mucha privacidad con habitaciones en 3 niveles más áreas de descanso adicionales en el sótano, que tiene una chimenea y un cine en casa. La cocina es ultramoderna con 2 vinotecas, 2 refrigeradores de doble puerta, un bar y una gran isla. Se abre a una gran sala de estar, un comedor y la increíblemente hermosa chimenea y cocina de piedra al aire libre. La sala de estar se abre a un porche con una mesa de juego / póker y ventanas en la amplia bahía.

Admiral's Club tiene un camino de entrada muy grande y plano, que puede acomodar varios autos y permite un fácil acceso a un garaje adjunto para 2 autos. Fuera del camino de entrada, los huéspedes pueden negociar fácilmente una caminata nivelada y suave hacia la orilla cercana, que revela la entrada sorprendentemente amplia al lago. Un muelle de deslizamiento único con área para sentarse / cubierta y 2 puertos adjuntos para esquí acuático se suman a las muchas sorpresas que se tienen a un precio asequible.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the property! Beautiful home on a wonderful piece of property with an easy walk (no steep stairs to navigate) to the lake. The air hockey, pool table, ping pong and home movie theater were a perfect way to enjoy time together especially during the rainy days. Ray was always quick to respond to questions - couldn’t be happier - strongly recommend this property!

Exactly as advertised. Great location for boating! All the games, the movie theater, private dock, walking distance to a boat ramp, close to stores and restaurants. Can’t ask for more.

We loved the location and the house was great, especially the game/theatre room on the lower level. Between the lake activities and the game room there was never a dull moment for the grandkids. The kitchen was wonderful for the number of family members who joined us and the number of beds was just right. My only suggestions would be to make clear the unlocking instructions. There was a lockbox on the front door and it took us awhile to realize that that had nothing to do with unlocking the front door. Also, the back yard needs a little landscaping improvement, but other than that it was a fabulous experience.

Wow! What a great location and property. Especially with teenagers. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The property is beautiful. We had really terrible weather but it was no problem with all the entertainment indoors. Would def recommend and will stay again if we make regionals again.

Great property on the lake - spacios and game room amazing. Loved cooking on the Grren Egg and out door kitchen area. Gave a 4 instead of 5 as it stated- level walk to bay. A disabked family member was with us and had some difficulty navigating the steep incline of the yard to get to the dock. With that said, we were able to rent a boat and have it delivered. Overall, it was an amazing time and a great property.

REALLY NICE LAKE PROPERTY

Property fit our 2 families of 10 people really well. Easy walk to the lake. Really nice neighborhood & home had everything you would need. We've stayed at some before where kitchen/cooking items were lacking...this isn't the case with this property. 2 refrigerators came in handy w/having 2 families. Also - property is close to grocery stores (Publix & Kroger) & a quick/easy drive to most any Gainesville restaurant. A convenience store is within 2 minutes away. Dock was located on a bigger water/nice view...but without boat traffic coming near. Really nice set up & the owner responds very quickly to any questions.

Family Fun with a side of turkey

We rented the house the week of thanksgiving. Was great to have the view of the lake; especially in the morning…sunrise, lake, birds chirping, and coffee. The house was as promised the host was amazing to work with! We enjoyed walking down to the lake, the location to shopping, and the games / theater in the basement.

Wedding weekend

In town for a wedding for a long weekend. Good vacation property for family. Ray was terrific to deal with and very timely. Also a great resource for a pontoon boat and the area.

A wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a great family weekend on the lake with kids, adults and grandparents. The space was perfect to keep all ages entertained and feel like we had enough space for all. I highly recommend and Ray is a perfect host! Very responsive and made our experience wonderful!

Family Trip

We had a great time staying at Rays house with our family ranging in age between 2 and 72. The house is great, plenty of rooms and amenities and a beautiful walk down to the water. Ray was always quick to respond to any questions and I would definitely recommend staying!

Nice game room

Game room was great - had something for all to do. Bed in lower level had a bug in the sheets - didn’t realize until son in law was bitten several times. Moved upstairs and all was good.

Loved every minute!

Ray is an exemplary host; the house was clean and had tons of room; the property location on Lake Lanier was dreamy. Renting the pontoon boat was a real thrill for both of our families. I highly recommend any home that Ray is listing. It's obvious that he cares deeply about making sure that you have the perfect family vacation. Also - I highly recommend hiring Ray's contact for an absolutely fabulous tea party!!!

Lake Fun

We stayed at the lake house for 7 nights with family ranging from 1-70 years of age. We had a fabulous time. We spent most of the time on the lake. We rented 2 jet skis which were so much fun, and some extra kayaks which were also a hit. The location was not busy. It felt like we had the lake to ourselves most of the time. The house was great. The kids loved the game room/ theater. There was plenty of space and sleeping areas for our big group. Thanks, Ray!

Couples Trips

The place is beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves.However, the description of th property was misleading. One of the first things we try to do ensure that that each couple has their own bathroom in their room. That wasn’t the case. We have some visitors from the outside and we didn’t have any pesticides spray to kill them. It wasn’t enough towels. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the backyard down to the lake is beautiful.

Lots of room

The home felt very spacious with lots of seating inside and out. I liked how they had towels ready on each bed. There was plenty of room for our big group with 3 levels. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and sitting around the fire in the firepit. The basement did not have 6 futons as advertised. The owner had some air mattresses with bedding delivered within hours. It would have been convenient if there would have been firewood available for the firepit and gas for the grill. There were spots on the carpet in the basement as if there was a pet accident or drink spills. Overall, it was a great place for our stay.

Good stay overall

The property is spacious, maintained , clean and appeals to all ages. First floor Master is very nice and the basement play room is great and will be even better when complete. It appears that the owner is putting alot of time and effort into the property, new dock and walking bridge. The location is good with limited boat traffic. The pontoon boat rented was excellent. The time stay overall was a good one and we would rent again. There were a few issues that did not cause the overall stay to be unpleasant: o The property was not ready at time we were to occupy, but the owner extend the check out time 2 hrs o There was broken glass on the floor in the garage o There were medications left in an access place that could have been reached by small children o The downstairs was being renovated and was not completely finished o In the back yard there was septic tank leakage

We did it again! Another wonderful vacation!!!

In 2016 we signed up for a month-long stay at the Northlake property. We had such a great time, that we booked a month in 2017! We were not disappointed! On check in day, we were surprised and delighted with updates/changes the owners had made since last summer! They added a beautiful new fire pit area in the backyard. It was perfect for making s'mores with the children and relaxing in the evenings with our guests! We used everyday the new wide staircase from the upper deck to the backyard and the lake trail. The many updates to the terrace level were appreciated...the finishing of the bar/kitchen area (including a new bottled water dispenser!), new exercise room and additional furniture in terrace bedroom...in the kitchen numerous updates in utensils was enjoyed. We loved the new Keurig coffeemaker! Best of all, everything that we loved about Northlake from our first stay was just the same. A great place to gather with friends and family to enjoy everything that Lake Lanier has to offer! We brought our boat and jet ski and used the kayaks and paddle board that was with the property, so everyone had something fun to try in the water in the quiet cove...the total relaxation of floating on a raft while looking at the clouds, shared laughter as a 3 year old learns to jump off the dock, and the constant feeling of peace while in nature! In the evenings, if we weren't grilling and eating on the expansive deck, we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in Gainesville. We also had some adult time in the terrace level with the big screen and watched several movies and even some of the home movies we brought to share with family! All in all, to me a perfect vacation! We are looking forward to summer 2018 at Northlake!

Spacious home on the lake with lots of extras

We rented this home for our annual family vacation which included four families. We enjoyed this spacious house which had a king master bedroom with bath on the basement/terrace level. This level, which can be accessed right from the back yard, also had a home theater, pool and ping-pong table, bar and mini kitchen area. The main living area, which can be accessed from the front door as well as through the garage, also had a king master suite complete with full bath, including tub and walk in shower. Also on this level was a game room, living room, dining room, kitchen, den/office area, and laundry area. There is an extra refrigerator in the laundry area which was great for keeping drinks and ice. The outside kitchen/patio is also easily accessed from this level. We loved the gas grill and the big green egg and used these every day we ate in. The upstairs or 3rd level had 3 large bedrooms. One with a king bed, and one with a queen which shared a bathroom. The third bedroom had 3 beds and it's own bathroom which was perfect for our three teenage girls. We rented a pontoon boat from Ray and enjoyed this added lake adventure. If you don't have your own boat, I highly recommend this. Also available are water skis, large tube to pull behind the boat, noodles, kayaks, paddle board, etc. The ropes to tow were included as were the paddles. Although the walk to the dock was relatively easy for most, we had one member who has some difficulty walking down steps and over uneven surfaces, making the trek to the lake challenging, but we solved this with a simple work around. There is a park right next to the house which has a dock, so this family member simply drove to the dock (which has ample parking) and we picked them up by boat. It was a short boat ride to the house dock, enabling us all to enjoy the lake and relax on the dock. We also enjoyed exploring the area of Gainesville and the town of Helen, which is a charming Bavarian themed town with lots of shops and restaurants. Finally, our host, Ray, was responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.

I purchased this property on July 2, 2015 for its unique features. It is located in an upscale and secluded neighborhood of million-dollar homes. All, including Admiral's Club, perched on a stunning peninsula with what you would call a "private" park with a boat launch area. The property has elaborate and magnificent outdoor amenities such as a wood-burning fireplace, a Viking Professional built-in gas grill, a Big Green Egg charcoal grill, and plenty of storage for grilling accessories.

Unlike properties with very steep driveways due to the topography of Lake Lanier, Admiral's Club offers a flat driveway that easily lead to a 2-car attached garage. In addition, the walk to the shore is short and gently sloped (near level). The dock offers stunning views of the lake with decking to sunbathe and relax. You can dock your boat and up to 2 jet skis.

The interior is one for the eyes and the soul. There are no words to describe the kitchen as it simply is stunning. It offers 2 built-in wine coolers and stove-oven to die for. The first floor is roomy with views of the lake and a master bedroom with its own bath and gorgeous closet. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. And the basement is a real treat with a fireplace, a home theater with a video projector and very large screen, a gym, and master suite with full bath.
